I've been following along and just lurking. I'm not a cipher genius but I gotta hand it to jay. Serving something that the collective internet took 11 days to decipher is pretty amazing. Kudos.

Now hopefully, while we were trying to figure this out, they recorded #66, and it'll be released this weekend *fingerscrossed*

I guess when he says "always watching", he means always watching. I wonder what the deteriorting TV could mean then (if it even has meaning)?

Well, he did appear to have at least 4 tvs, and destroyed 1 of them.

And if it says "Truly your fault", why the question marks?

Not that I'm saying the results are not true...

Maybe TTA himself is wondering if it's truly Jay's fault.

Truly your fault??????

Since no one has found a way to decide which of the two letters to use, these solutions are still guesses, two of them made by a very sleepy man whose first language isn't even English. There could be a better solution than "Truly your fault".

I think there might be more than one message, including "truly your fault". I'm going to try and check if there's at least another one.

Is there a trick to picking which letter goes with each number? Either way, I think there's only one plausible way to arrange them and this solution satisfies me. Congratulations for figuring it out. :O

We should probably try to see if we can get other messages out of the codes, using this method; just in case this was coincidence. I think this is a pretty cool cypher though. Use it yourself in the future, people.

All that work, just for a typical totheark slap in the face. lmfao

This was actually a joke, but now that I think about it...

There are actually at least 3 tvs: the two with "sees now", and the one with "Permanence".
The TV with the test screen, and the one with Alex, might be the same as the "sees now" TVs. The "TV mask" TV looks the same as the "Permanence" TV.
And the destroyed TV looks like it might be one of the "sees now" TVs.

The best I can come up with is that the TVs represent certain people(/things?), and the destroyed TV represents Alex.
And that seems like a long shot to me.

Number in Description

I searched the number in the description box in the Youtube search, and got a video. The title of the song played in the video translates to "i do not regret anything".

This video has been posted before, and apparently it's just a Marble Hornets fan being bored.
