Seriously, if something looks "pretentious and nonsensical", I am up for it. The worst is if something looks boring. if the above terms can be applied to a trailer, then that means that it could be an interesting film.
Also, this is a sales trailer. So it's just what the film looks like with the cheapest possible ingredients added.
