Hi there!
My name is Vecheeso. I have experience PMing my own ARG, (which is in hibernation at the moment).
So here are my skills:
Writer (i have been writing since i was a little kid)
Actor (I have a digital camcorder, with PC connections, so, I can make lotsa vids and can post them on youtube.)
I am dedicated to the storyline, and therefore, live-chats/interactions are no problem for me.
I live in Florida, so, depending on the location you need an actor at, Florida may fit for your story.
I am 20, and married, so I live on my own, therefore no parents to keep me from doing anything.
I am familiar with IRC, being to weekly meetings, story-line, character development, scrip-writing, ad-libbing, and gaming.
So if you want an actor, a PM who can attend meetings when they are scheduled, a writer, or just someone to help you drum up ideas for your ARG, i'm your man!

Hey everyone,

I'm planning an ARG centered around a comic I have coming out and need help! (some art attached, I'm the writer/creator, not the artist).

The ARG would be a somewhat ongoing expereince where the players are directly affecting the narrative of the comic, which will be coming out monthly, most likely launching in Feb.

A little bit about me, I run online gaming and digital for shows at MTV (though this project is not MTV related). I also teach several game design courses at Parsons and run a small comic studio on the side.

LARPed for awhile, so can stick to a character pretty well.
Took an acting class (don't know what good it did though)
Basic knitting, basic sewing, basic quilting, photoshop skills. I write fairly well.

cons:
I'm a college student, so sometimes deadlines pop up that I need to focus on.
Work + school means that I'm usually only available in the evenings.

Involved in various ARGs on a voiceacting/video/idea giver level...

I have lots of formal acting training from school and enjoy interacting with players in a convincing way so I'm totally interested in being more heavily involved in ARGs from a PM standpoint as they become necessary

I am in college atm which can keep my time away from me occasionally but I do enjoy being involved and want to help out by lending a hand with my acting skills/interaction/whatever is necessary and am looking forward to being more actively involved in ARGs as need be. This request might seem strange...

I do not want to PM necessarily, but I do want to be behind the scenes of an ARG just to see how they work and to see the players figure things out.I want to be "in on it" per se.

If any PM's would be up for it, my email is in my signature. I hope you can take my word when I say I won't tell the players what to do or anything of that sort, I just think it would be cool to watch them cooperate and to know what they're supposed to work towards.

Well, I've been involved in a couple of ARGs on the lurker > player side of things, and like a lot of players, I've sat here thinking "I've got a brilliant idea..."

However, I am not deluding myself in the least, and I know I have zero experience of the behind the scenes work and input that goes in, so I'd really like to get involved now on the PM side of things.

Skills wise I'm a bit of a jack of all trades, master of none. HTML, CSS, PHP so forth for web design. A bit of Photoshop. Not really keen on appearing as an actor/actress per se, but would be happy to join in with interaction via IM or such like.

In terms of time zone or country I'm in... that can depend, but its generally EST at the moment, and GMT...

Basically, I hope I can get involved in the not too distant future!

Well, if you need a PM I'm usually here.

PROS:
+ Good writer, I can cook up a good three paragraph message in less than half an hour
+ Experienced with Photoshop, able to hide bits of code here and there in images (not including stegging)
+ Basic knowledge of stegging using JPWIN. No idea how to find stegging in images.
+ Able to use Macromedia Flash for any video editing. Yes, Flash can be used as a video editor.

CONS:
- Voice is a cross of a cat falling of a cliff with a knife in its larynx and rusty nails on a chalkboard amplified with a bullhorn.
- I usually have other commitments (school >_>) going on.
- I'm usually startled (read: brick defecating) at the sight of real gore. I can deal with pixelated, or 3D rendered
- Horror scares me a bit as well

I have tons of ideas for an ARG of my own, but I have very little PM experience. (a game that imploded about a week after it started) So basically I want to get some experience in.

Pros: Anything involving artistic creation (Paintings, Drawings, Ceramics, Jewelry). I know basic German. I would like to think that I can write fairly well. I'm pretty good at editing with photoshop. I have various bits of random knowledge. I can spin Poi to create several effects. (if you dont know what that is, look it up ;] )

Cons: I'm in school and I work so I'm usually only available in the evenings, except for on Saturday and Sunday.

I've been involved in the ARG scene for about 3 years now and I am very interested in actually putting together an ARG of my own or collaborating with someone new or experienced on a project.

I'm a 20 year old female college student from Houston, TX, planning on majoring in Graphic Design and minoring in Communications.

Details of skills include:

-Graphic Design - worked on Adobe CS2, CS3, and now currently CS4. Programs I have worked with include Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Paint Shop Pro, Photodraw, etc.
-Web Design - worked on and managed over a dozen websites that I scripted by myself. Familiar with HTML, CSS, PHP, very little XML. Programs I have worked with include Dreamweaver, Frontpage, CuteHTML, Fireworks, Flash, etc.
-Drawing - Years of academic experience with Drawing, Sketching, and Painting. Samples of my work can be made available for viewing!
-Writing - I love writing. I've been in all sorts of Creative Writing courses since middle school and I have tons of ideas for stories, not to mentions hundreds of notebooks filled with stories i've written. I've currently got about 3 project ideas for ARGs that are in the planning stages. Samples of my work can be made available for viewing!
-Video/Audio Editing - I am quite experienced with editing video and audio files. Programs I have worked with include Premiere Pro, Soundbooth, Encore, After Effects, Movieshaker, MovieMaker, Acoustica, etc.

I was also actively involved in Choir and Theatre classes during high school. I was in the varsity choir and I also acted in 3 plays/musicals, so I have plenty of singing experience and a fair amount of acting experience.

I am available to leave off and retrieve drops if necessary in Houston, TX.

I am open to working on all sorts of genres of ARGs! My favorite types are drama/suspense, adventure, fantasy, sci-fi, horror, and many others.

I think I take bragging rights as one of Unfiction's youngest members (maybe except for the post-prolific Gregoryn, who is 14).

Skills:
-Website design: I've built quite a few sites and can make interactive stuff with XHTML+CSS, Javascript, and PHP.

-General tech stuff: need something random quickly coded up or need help figuring out how to make your new idea actually work? I can (most likely) help. Unless it involves robots.

-Some basic graphic design and moderate photography: Pretty good at Photoshop, have been doing photography for years now

-I'm in Austin, so I can do drops if necessary.
-No current project right now, so I can most likely help out a bit if you want
-Helped with a successful ARG, helped plan out another one, have another in planning stages

-Very good with writing- have been writing since I was very young
-Both Mac and Windows proficient

-Can act pretty well- have had 3 years of intense drama camp experience, have been in several plays, including an off-Broadway production


Possible problems:
-I'm currently in the process of designing an ARG of my own
-I'm in school and a play right now, so I'm not always available

I live in Ann Arbor, which is about 45 minutes away from Detroit, so I can do drops if needed. Hopefully.
