I suppose that you can really do whatever you want, seeing as there is no such thing as cannon in the mythos, save that the Slender Man has no face and isn't fat. However, I personally believe that much of the fear of him lies in the fact that there is only one, but he uses different methods for different people.
Not to mention, I doubt that you'll find anybody to cross-over with.
