 		Joke Theory: Amy is The Operator
If even one quarter of this comes true, my head will explode.

Basically, the final entry goes like this:

Tim and Jay decide the only way to defeat TO is to send it to another dimension. They find out that by harnessing the power of Tim's sideburns, they can do just that! In the ending, we are back in the weird house from season 1, and Tim and Jay find TO sticking its tentacles into Alex, attempting to become one with him. No longer giving two shits about Alex at this point, they open the portal and get ready to shove the two of them into it. At this point, Hoody bursts out of the shadows, revealing herself to be Amy! She frees Alex from TO's tentacles but gets trapped in them herself. Tim and Jay shove TO into the portal.

At this point, Alex beings whimpering, "Maybe...maybe this is for the best". Jay slides over, picks Alex up, and says:

Jay: "Listen Alex, I've been doing a lot of thinking, and it all adds up to one thing. You're getting into that portal with Amy where you belong. If that portal closes and you're not in it, you'll regret it. Maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow, but soon, and for the rest of your life."

Alex: "But what about us?"

Jay: "We'll always have Rosswood. I'm no good at being noble, Alex, but it doesn't take much to see that the problems of four little people and one terrifying eldritch monster don't amount to a hill of beans in this crazy world. Someday you'll understand that."

Alex gets into the portal. Tim turns to Jay.

Tim: "Here's looking at you, kid." They make out passionately.

And here's the twist. That portal? It wasn't to another dimension. It was a portal back in time. The Operator was ALWAYS fused with Amy, right from the start. She's sent back to the time of Alex's birth, while Alex is sent to the beginning of the filming of Marble Hornets, due to flux capacator issues.

This explains EVERYTHING.

-Why did TO follow Alex even from when he was a small child? Because she wanted to connect with her lover from an early age.

-Once TO encounters future Alex, the one who knows she's Amy and loves her, and isn't afraid of her, she kills the other Alex so that the only Alex that will exist is the one that doesn't reject her. This occurs at the start of Marble Hornets filming.

-This explains why Alex is subservient to TO. He knows she's Amy.

-Alex has to keep up appearances with the real Amy, of course. But he doesn't tell her about TO because he doesn't want her to find out that he's cheating on her with herself. He hides the tape showing he lied to Amy from Jay because he was concerned that it would reveal the whole thing.

-TO wants Jay et al dead because she's from the future and knows that they attempt to harm Alex. This is why she demands that Alex sacrifice all his friends to her--to keep him safe.

-When TO attacks Alex and Amy in their apartment, TO is really trying to kill her rival in love. Alex doesn't want Amy in any form to be killed, so he leads her to where TO hid his time duplicate body and abandons her. When Amy discovers the body, she believes Alex to be dead and is overcome with grief. When she sees youtube evidence that Alex is alive, she goes insane and becomes Hoody.

-In the final entry, Alex has, of course, already experienced this an infinite number of times. But Jay's speech gets him every time, and he can't bear to live in a world without Amy. So he always goes through that portal, repeating the cycle forever.

 		And once again, the hilarious image of The Operator sitting at a computer making videos enters my mind, obliterating any thoughts of nature I had previously.

 		At first I was like, haha. Then I was like Surprised !!

The points at the end and how well they fit just made my head explode. This definitely at the very least demonstrates that even though we have some pretty established theories, it is quite possible we are COMPLETELY unaware of the actual (hidden) underlying plot, as we are only privy to what we are shown in the Entries, and even this is spoonfed to us. A lot of assumptions are made about what is happening off camera... Even when TO appears and the footage freezes, we ASSUME something bad happened that wasn't caught on film, but who knows how many times Hoody or Alex or Tim did something off camera that would blow our minds. The example I'm thinking of is... 51 I think? With Brian getting theoretically pwned? We really have NO IDEA what happened in the times between shots the two times TO appeared and froze the camera and when the footage begins again.
