If it's not for the Emoji message, I guess Bible pages also have two columns?

I've also seen two people ( http://merfology.tumblr.com/post/61020453587/ok-my-package-from-m-i-was-very-excited-and and http://thestarlightkeyhole.tumblr.com/post/61369055377/floortjeno1-my-daughters-5-yr-old-just ) mention finding hidden letters written under the vials in their alchemy kits. Not having one of my own, I'd love to find out if there are more out there and whether they're meant to be part of this code. Everything is deliberate, right? It's just a question of where & how it fits. And then of course there's the number on the playing card to factor in.

Also, in a recent post from Tumblr user/Starlighter subjectoftowels (linked below) the marked deterioration of M's handwriting in his "Please keep these safe" note enclosed with A163 raises interesting questions, especially because it doesn't seem to be an issue with other boxes I've seen that are numbered before & after it. The handwriting almost suggests an earthquake. I wonder if anyone else has anything in their enclosures that has obviously been affected by fire or water.

Just looking into FTS for the first time. I agree that the Bible pages might be a clue to this recent puzzle. If you look at the columns and the numbers it could be referencing specific verses. I feel like with such a limited number of pages out there, each section of the puzzle probably represents one page. For example in the first part we need a page with a verse 18 close to the top on the left and a verse one midway down the right column. "the sun/moon/etc" might be a hint as to what pages to look at, or some overarching theme of the puzzle.Is there any way to get everyone to upload readable scans in ONE place? Is there a place other than Tumblr and uF where people are discussing this?

Side note: This ARG looks so incredibly done! I'm very impressed!

EDIT to ask longtime players a question:

I have seen the blue key and now there is the orange key as well. Is getting the key "winning" or is this supposed to be a collectively won sorta game via advancing the story? I feel like with the distribution of the clues it should be collectively solved, but the aspect of the key being an iPod etc....gives it the impression that people might be trying to "win" it by themselves. I hope this makes sense....Just trying to grasp the mechanics

The Bible page he received could possibly fulfill "the earth" part of the puzzle. Based on the layout of his page for Job 15 & 16.

The picture he received looks like a couple digging something up or burying something.
