trying to start an arg need help with rabbit hole
and other things

hey guys im trying my hand at being a puppet master and i have a plot i need a few things
1) a webpage
2) some ideas for communicating with players
3) good places for a drop ( rabbit hole will be through a book or books that have an arnold cipher in them leading them to a website )
here is a bit of the plot for an idea of where im going
the book has a small website that has a video of a man who used to work for NOOB (Nuclear Observation and Overwatch Battalion) but they wiped his memory he learned he worked for them by an old contact txt ing him he is now asking for help from who ever finds this web page it will then present a puzzle that leads to NOOB'S website where they will find a contact named Amaryllis who is head of department of foriegn opereations who is also 2nd in command under " the boss" seth (me not my irl name though) and this will be in the houston/ baytown area and will involve humilating people possibly by having them dance gangam style in the galleria
any thing yawll have is welcome!
