I'm wondering if there'll ever be footage of when Alex gave the tapes to Jay. It'd be interesting to see TTA watching Jay then, and it's definitely possible.

edit: And then I forgot to mention perhaps what happened here isn't exactly as Jay described.

I think this would have been a pretty decent entry if it didn't take two months. It's exactly what I expected though, to be honest. I really hope the next one doesn't take a full month to be released. >_> Jay has the tape right with him ffs.

Finally! Great entry, but not great as in entry #65.

It's a good entry, and I do agree that it would be better if it wasn't that long of a wait.

I'm hoping #67 comes within the next week or two. There must be something on that tape that can answer questions.

Speaking of answering questions, the whole theory of Tim being a patient at that hospital was confirmed. That's definitely what Tim wanted to show Jay.

A few impressions:

- Tim's "sneaky" walk looks just like his "Masky" walk.
- I thought that this was one of the weaker entries for Tim, in terms of delivery. Early in the monologue, it sounded a little too much like a recitation. He warmed up toward the end, though.
- How many doors in to the Hoody/tape room? It looked to me like they could have bottled him up, but they went across the hall instead.
- Hoody really looked to me like he was aware of their presence and intending to lead them around. I thought there were a couple of spots where it seemed like he might have been trying to induce a tackle or confrontation of some kind.
- It is really odd, isn't it, that everybody in Alabama seems intent on using Mini-DV tapes (or whatever the format is) instead of storing their digital media on flash drives or DVD's or whatever. I guess it could all be raw footage all the time, but it's still a little weird.
- No real surprise that Tim was a patient at the hospital. I think it's a mild surprise that he didn't confess to burning the place himself.
- Why didn't Tim apologize? If he thinks it's his fault, shouldn't he try to apologize to Jay, even if Jay talks him out of it? He came just to the cusp of seeking absolution, but left it unresolved. I might have gone another way on that, but it ended up all right.
- Why did Tim feel the need to drag Jay out there to show him that room? There wasn't anything in there in particular that he pointed out. I know that Tim wanted to look around afterward, but that's not the reason he gave for going to the hospital in the first place. It seemed a little contrived.

Decent entry, but I hope that we look back on this one as the prologue of another one that will hit pretty soon.
