You should calm down a little bit

you should not get so offended at little comments / worry about how other people perceive things

Where did I say I was offended?
It's just a series, come on...

^obviously the black guy that sits there shouting at the screen in the theater: "Dont go in da basement, he behind da door!"
Clearly unfamiliar with the concept of classic irony.

Never read that phrase before. How did you come up with such an authentic and original joke?

By the way guys, idk if this has been mentioned or not. But, this entry also confirmed that Tim's room is the same room that (in entry 60) Jay speculated the fire which burned down the building was started. (I just checked, and the greenish graffiti by the exterior door as well as the blackening and red graffiti on the interior door both match up. Someone can take some screen caps to post if they want.) Also fun to note that one of the places Jay stayed burnt down way earlier in the series.

I can't speak for everyone, but this was incredibly obvious to me the second Jay looked around that room as long as he did

Something like that, I was more just making a point that trosephim's use of dramatic irony is something that sets MH apart from other productions. And of course by irony i mean a character acting erroneously based on missing some huge portion of an obvious truth which the audience is aware of, not Alanis Morisette's version of irony. It's a great tool for drawing an audience in to complete submersion of a piece.

I hope the new tape contains the footage from after Entry #12 that's been hinted at since the early days.

One could make the argument that this entry had stuff that all NEEDED to be said on-screen so people wouldn't have to jump to conclusions a lot about the backstory.

Oddly enough, I've realised it would have taken very little for me to like this entry significantly more. My only problem with the entry was the Hoody chase felt so repetitive and stale, not to mention relied on Jay and Tim being complete morons. Seriously, the guy's in the corner of a room with his back turned and they just stand there but they start running when he's left the building and is already out of sight? Then they go and linger on how Hoody got away like I'm supposed to be emotionally invested in Jay and Tim's crowning moment of stupidity bringing about a repeated scenario.

Had they at least tried to charge Hoody while he was in the room putting down the tape but he knocked them away and ran, then Jay scrambled for the tape and followed Tim out, who then berated him for not giving chase sooner, the scene would have been at least partially satisfying. It'd feel like progress instead of old events all over again, as Hoody would start to feel more fallible. There was the tiniest bit of progress from them actually being able to tail him for a good while but it's just not enough when they're redoing the exact same thing as before.

As for what's on the tape, it does seem most likely to be whatever happened during Jay's "nightmare" but we may see that at a later date. Surveillance made it look like TTA had access to extra footage from Entry #65, specifically The Operator at the end of the corridor and Tim screaming on the ground. So the tape may contain Hoody in The Operator's realm, perhaps confronting The Operator at wherever the corridor was. May even be the entry Jay wises up to Hoody not being evil, just a jerkass. Then Jay and Tim could end up fighting over whether to get him on their side or bash his head in with a wrench.

I was really hoping they would use a different part of the hospital this time like the basement or roof.

It's the other hospital that has basement and roof access.

A lot of tension and suspense in this entry. I was sure the Operator was gunna turn up any minute, especially with the camera going out of focus sometimes, but that was just due to Jay turning corners etc.

Overall the entry was just confirming everything and I hope that the next entry, with the tape Jay found will be up in the next 2-3 days.

Hoody could also be leaving the tape for TTA/someone else and not for Jay.

Pretty decent entry, but not really worth the 2 month buildup to be honest.

Although I understand stuff does come up, I'm just hoping for some kind of update at least once a week---that's the sort of pacing they had going on during Season 2, and it was perfect.

Funny how when a tension-filled episode laden with important character development appears, everyone starts screaming FILLER and WE DIDN'T GET ANYTHING FROM THIS.

We got:

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
1) Tim: "No more secrets." He's going to be as open about his past as he can. He's admitting to the scary shit in his life. He's owning up; taking responsibility even if it's not entirely warranted. (Plus, I think Timman lost some weight. He's looking lean and mean here.)

2) Tim has an early connection to Rosswood.

3) We have a tape. Chance are it's not spooky/obscure/wtf because otherwise TTA would have just posted it to his channel. I think we'll see its contents sooner rather than later.

4) That Hoody can disappear in plain sight is confirmed. He has personal access to -- what? OperatorSpace, maybe?

5) Jay's a bit of a twat. OK, we already knew that.

Yes, some of this was suspected. That's not the same as known. Now we know. That's something.
