 		Video distortion without after effects
I've been searching for ways to make slender man visual distortion and make it look descent
Please give me suggestions and im looking for a editor thats "FREE" not after effects or Sony Vegas "FREE" as in i don't have to hack every god damn torrent that ever existed

 		When it comes to video editing software, you have to pay to play. Lightworks is open source, but their effects package is a little slim and probably won't work for what you're wanting to do.

 		There really isn't a "right" way to do it. Just mess around with what you have until you find something satisfying. This way you have a unique distortion effect.
