 		Gluten free bread isn't healthy food stuff, it's like normal bread for how healthy it is. And it tastes bad.

 		Just putting this out there- if Alex is gluten free, that means Alex himself does not contain gluten, not that he can't eat it. I think.

 		Yeah, he's gluten free as not containing gluten because he can't eat it. There's a more correct term for it, but I don't know what it is.

Like being dairy free is lactose intolerant, gluten free is blah intolerant.

Because a large number of fools have taken it up as a diet, even though it is only really necessary for much less than 1% of the population.
