And Yaha, the subplots/undercurrents are almost as fascinating as Anna's story, e.g. that some Mantegna Tarocchi cards were written in the "Ferraran or Venetian dialect" which is where Cici is underway to bring her Scroll of Elements. Here's to hoping that the Scroll of Elements Cici brought with her to Venice from her aunt the witch back in 1437 were the original Tarocchi-drawings, the ones the Mantegna Tarocchi deck was later based on. However, not many elements per se in that deck.

Edit: Raven's Tarot Site is amazing, btw, if anyone wants to dive deeper into Tarot. Looks a bit tacky at first, but it's not. It has a beautiful in-depth section on Mantegna Tarocchi aswell.

Superb that Anna really revealed, TBelle! Among Winter's Wiki Updates is the list of The Elemental Keepers . Being more familiar with Animism than Tarot I'd noticed that word in Winter's email header (above) & in light of Anna's recent emails am thinking that word choice isn't accidental.
