It wouldn't be marble hornets without Pravado about how dumb an entry is.

I honestly liked this entry, It shows us more about Hoody (And what he's capable to do) Shows us Alex may be still alive, and with TO still by his side, and Tim beating up alex - How is that not good to see?

It tells you literally nothing new about hoody. We knew he was a master stalker a really long time ago, and anyone is capable of clubbing someone with some rebar.

I actually meant the gun. Even though he didn't pull the trigger, it is implied he would, if The Operator didn't show up. A lot of people spec'd that Masky was the hands on boy, while Hoody was the one who sat back and thought about things while Masky tackled shit. Hoody pulling a gun on Alex contradicts this.

I wonder why Hoody was making a point to film during this entry.. He doesn't just want Alex dead, if that was the case he wouldn't be filming. There seems to be more to it than that.

Kind of early to say that. We still don't know what this entry is going to lead to. Perhaps Jay and Tim will finally realise Hoody's on their side.

That still doesn't tell you anything new. His motives are unchanged, and just cause this is the first time we've seen him take charge doesn't mean he was incapable of it

Tim's beating up of alex was pretty weak. Looked super fake.

I thought he was punching the air at first.

So Tim runs right past hoody to get to Alex. Second time we've seen him do that. At this point I'm starting to think Tim is fully concious in his masky state and then alex/operator knocks him out and mind wipes him which is why he can't remember shit.

Hoody doesn't try to hide from Tim in the hospital but does after when they're outside. That shit makes no sense, and tim wasn't even wearing a mask at any point during the time this takes place in.

I just feel like they have lost site of what dragged people into this series in the first place: the horror and the operator. I couldn't care less about the same plots being repeated every ~10 entries:

- find a tape
- old footage of stuff that barely gives leads that go anywhere
- follow that lead to the hospital where nothing new is found
- while looking around, person gets knocked out or chased away
- any new leads found on that trip lead to that footage from post-knockout/chase
- footage tells us nothing new, gives another lead on more footage
- rinse and repeat

on a more serious note, i thoroughly enjoyed this, i don't think Alex is dead but it would seem that we are nearing the end folks.

I know I sound like a bit of a hungry, hungry hypocrite, but I'm pretty sure that the tortured soul behind the hood is Brian. As Tim said, Brian was his first real friend after a lifetime of institutionalization, and Hoody is clearly helping Tim, albeit in a strange way. Alex was alive whenever this was shot, and from the looks of it as someone pointed out, it appears that the Operator IS helping him.

anyone who pays attention to the series can infer almost everything they have spent this entire season telling us

remember how jay found tim's medical records in the hospital and they said he was found in rosswood as a kid, and then tim spends half of an entry telling us that he was a patient there and was involved with the operator a few entries later? people were thinking that was new information, but it wasn't, they just don't pay close enough attention

To pravado:

We know several new things. Among them: Hoody interrogated Alex. This is the only real explanation for having tied him up in a chair rather than killing him straight away. Another is that Tim has still been keeping secrets from Jay. Whatever he was holding when he woke up, it was not a cell phone. The way he was holding it and the way he reacted to seeing it were all wrong. It was probably a gun.

The most important thing we learned though, is that Hoody has information he intended to pass on to Jay, but which was lost to the tape damage. This means that Hoody has to pass along this information, and the way he goes about doing so could make all the difference. It could just be a TTA entry, but it could be more. After all, Hoody intended something to come of that information being passed along. This entry's main power is in it's potential, because the way Hoody reacts to it will tell us quite a bit.

It looked to me like he tied alex up so tim could beat the shit out of him and he could get an easy kill. There was no interrogation present, and alex would know the voice right away.

If hoody wanted to pass information onto jay he shouldn't have put it on a tape that he hid that he ASSUMED jay would find under a pile of FUCKING DIRT IN THE MIDDLE OF ONE OF A HUNDRED ROOMS IN A HOSPITAL JAY DIDN'T REALLY WANT TO GO BACK TO

it's sloppy writing and you can defend it all you want but you're wrong

Then maybe he didn't leave it there for Jay, or he wasn't ready for Jay to find it yet.

No, it's ambiguous as of now because we don't know.

also for fucks sake, tim was holding the masky mask when he woke up. are you watching this on a 19" crt television?

I think he checked his cell phone after that.
