I was a little surprised this one took so long to solve... QRs don't have to be perfect in order to scan, but I was always only a few bits from sufficient clarity for scanning. One image was posted in irc which I'd say looked maybe ~80% clear (img), and it was enough for a valid QR. Maybe there was just not a lot of people on the ball or something =P checking back, my app could even scan that qr as is.

Ah well, I may have been the first to link to the image (can't even confirm that with so many communities doing this), but it seems like a number of people had the solve within minutes of each other props all around.

ALSO of note, just saw this posted - a good observation of the elements of the images so far revealed... eclipse diagrams, and Puerto Rico? Is the sphere hovering over Puerto Rico?

Off Topic: I am quite surprised that there's no activity about this here on Unforums. Especially with it being Bungie.
There is a really vast array of people joining in with this and it's fantastic. I'm just sad to see no activity here

Actually, I was following the Misriah and Bungie pages. With one puzzle per day, and the activity is over there, I didn't see the necessity of trying to post 'this stuff happened over there'.

As a side note, Bungie is holding a press conference right now that I believe includes some information about Destiny but they still aren't supposed to leak any info until Sunday.

I have been waiting too cant wait for monday and I hope we can get a more advanced possible ARG leading up because Bungie knows from ILB that it does work so maybe they'll take tips from 42E

I just found out about this today - I've figured out how to arrange the diamonds to show the "puzzle" - but not really sure what the puzzle is! I see everyone's results here but not sure where you got them from...

In a nut shell, each day the site needs to be flooded with visitors from around the world to add pixels to an image that is used to filter out the clues that are hidden in the left and/or right image.

There are some scripts to collect and decipher out in the community, just start exploring.

As cissimace had posted previously, check out http://misriahsolutions.com/arg/ for the latest info on the puzzle solutions.

When you solve the little puzzle at http://alphalupi.bungie.net/ you will be presented with two images. The image on the left ('output.png') is generated using the image on the right ('geomask.png'). The 'output' image contains some hidden information that can be revealed using Fast Fourier Transform (FFT), a little masking using the 'geomask' image, and image processing on multiple image pairs. Timing and participation is of considerable merit for these image pairs as it seems that the 'geomask' image is being generated using information about how many people are viewing the site at any particular time.
