If you take the following out of the crossed letters:

you are left with

Which contains a WWW and a COM, also a JPEG

Can't figure out which synonym of debate needs to come out, though. If this is even right.

I tried taking out "agree" since it actually says "without debate". but on second look, maybe it's just for the rhyme factor and we don't have to start taking anything out until the line that says "So you can find and remove...."

Do we also need to remove an "orderly state"
I checked state slogans...came up empty. But depending on what you do take out, NEATNESS is there....which is an "orderly state" and "tidy"

I too noticed the WWW/COM/JPEG

If you enlarge the jpeg it looks like a body lying on a table, maybe covered in cloth? Anyway, looks to me like it's just a threat, no further puzzle to this.

Here is a more detailed picture based on the changes in the density of the shading.....and the shapes....I guessed what a few things are....i have no idea what the bright red thing on the table is.....this may not be the actual colors of the room....no one has such bad taste Razz

looks to be a naked (butt crack hilighted) person face down (look at the position of the arms).....there seems to be a darker region on his/her head runnning down the bed onto the floor (I guessed blood).....

You can now more clearly see the duvet and pillows.....as well as the lamps and desks.....
