I think in #23 it's someone else calling out hello, as if it mimic Jay. It could be TO or it could be Masky/Hoody or someone else. I don't think it's distortion as Jay does turn around to look at a new direction. Also where is he when he's in the basement?

If his camera doesn't work after #23 then how come he's using it in #26 to film himself?

I also wonder who's camera it is that ?Amy? is using in #26, if it's TTA's or Alex's that he forgot about?

I initially thought the creeping was Amy as well, but then when I thought about how the camera had apparent basement footage on it (I think the basement is meant to be the basement to the hospital IG), and the video sent to Jay was forewarned and contained a TTA style ending, I started leaning toward the "TTA be creeping hard now" theory. XD

Also, yes, I was wondering if the "hello" and the chuckle was TO. If so, it's incredibly, horribly terrifying. Shocked

Ok yes, looking at it again I think it's Seth's camera from the Basement of Doom when he got taken. But when it's in Alex's house, that's Amy testing it out. As you would of there was footage you couldn't watch on it trying to see if it's the old footage or the camera. I would like to know what she overwrote with the new footage.

I love it how TTA used Jay's font in Attention. And hate hate hate hate Admission. It is the only thing in MH that still freaks me out to this point.
