I am not certain, where I have placed '2', whether that's actually '2' or 'z'. I am decently sure of my capital 'Q', however.

 		The typeface appears to be Palette or Brush 455, which would imply that the symbol in question is a "z" rather than a "2".

Corroborating this, the relative positions of the 6 and 9 seem to imply the use of majuscule numerals, whereas the symbol in question would be sized as a minuscule "2".
