 		Brian/Seth is Hoody.

Hoody is TTA.

TTA has been manipulating Jay and Tim this whole time.

That's my theory. I mean, come on; We haven't seen Brian or Seth in a while, it could be either of them. Brian/Seth is Hoody.

The original version of this video seemed to be uploaded by TTA, but Hoody was filming. Hoody is TTA.

TTA/Hoody/Brian(/Seth)/Whatever has been uploading videos for a long time now. Jay's been - with our help - decoding these videos and travelling all over the bloody place, and now that Tim's helping Jay out, they're both getting led around. TTA has been manipulating Jay and Tim this whole time.

I know, I know, it doesn't sound all that... Likely/plausible, but hey; It's possible.

 		I'm in the camp that TTA is one person. In this entry Alex says to Hoody "I will find you," to which the text responds "you will not [find me]." To me, this implies that Hoody is the one who uploaded the video, and thus is TTA.

EDIT: ^ we posted basically the same point at the same time...

Yeah, I wondered that, too. As always, I think that things are not exactly as they seem in Marble Hornets.
Unless it has to do with Sarah, and how insignificant she is-- that always remains the same.

But he's already back from surgery. And it's not like Tim or Joseph couldn't have done it. Something's fishy, here. It's almost definitely intentional.

 		It's probably not intentional, he might have just forgot.

Pay attention to detail. If he was able to edit in the black/white text screens he could have updated the twitter IG. Troy probably forgot.

It's not like it's important anyway

Jay and Tim are laying low. Maybe they're intentionally leaving phones (etc.?) off as part of that. If that's true, though, it makes the prompt response to the video questionable; to me, it would then seem more likely that the video is a collaboration with TTA/Hoody to draw Alex out into the open.

Well, some people might be missing out on the entry because they prefer to follow the Twitter account and not refresh the Marble Hornets YouTube page every second, waiting for a new video.
