I reckon it's because you can get locations from a tweet, so he's not tweeting as you can track where it has come from. So I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't tweet for the next while

If that were the case, it would probably be more effective to use a proxy server to broadcast another location, just to throw Alex off course. Besides, Jay already tweeted Entry #67.5 at their location.

Though this has some obvious flaws like how did Hoodie upload the footage (I supposed he COULD have used a smart phone like someone stated earlier)

That's not a sound theory at all. What do you guys think hoody has a casette -> usb dongle in his sweatshirt pocket, and that he's hiding a laptop that gets wifi somewhere on him as well? that's the only way this would have gotten uploaded if he was trapped down there

Anyone who thinks you can do this on a smartphone has never touched an editing program on a smartphone. Plus he was holding a camera, not a phone. If you want me to back that up, then ask yourself how a cell phone would not fall over when he put it down.

you might have missed the point. hoody was saying " i know how to hide from alex, and the fear of the places i hide in is no longer there. but alex will never stop looking"

You do realize that a lot of video cameras hold SD cards that can then be transferred over to a phone and uploaded right? Even if he didn't use a phone to edit the video(s) who are you to say he DOESN'T have a laptop with him. It's not out of the realm of possibilities.

And for the one who said that you doubt Hoodie is topping off his phone, you can get like a year's worth of service at a time, and it's also possible Hoodie lives a "double life" like Timasky so, again, not out of the realm of possibilities.

And let's so that, no he didn't/doesn't have a laptop with him. The only thing he actually would have edited (in-game) would be the text, taking and cutting and pasting other footage, you know, stuff you can do on a phone. Everything else that's edited, like the distortion, is supposed to be naturally occurring IG stuff and can be assumed it's not edited.

Ok but my argument about the phone wouldn't rest the way it does when Hoody puts the camera down. A phone would fall over or film him at an alternate angle. Plus he edits in distortion (the "you will not" part) and you can't do that on a phone

I've had friends who've dealt with issues like this. Chances are a trained medical professional will understand that such a thing can happen and accept it as a simple fact of biology. Just laugh it off if it happens, or say something like "That hasn't happened in years, YOU'VE CURED ME!" ...don't really do that last part though, it probably won't work.

Which brings me to my next point: Why do we assume that totheark is either the hooded man or Tim? It's the name of a Youtube account, and they've both clearly contributed to it, so I think we can safely say that they're both totheark together, with the possibility of additional contributors.

I'm pretty sure that huge black mass that covers most of the screen when ToTheArk says "You will not [find me]" is an edited effect, not a distortion.

If Hoody does keep going back to the tunnel, maybe that is where he really lives or his base of operations. Maybe he has a stash there.
