I think I can answer this, sort of...

I forgot to mention mine!

There is something about TTA that allways bugged me, it's more about the videos that worries me. I never understood that ''S'' that flies around on Advocate and other videos...

Hi Ristar, the flying/percolating "S" is an obsolete Greek letter, a stigma.

ϛ

I know this because my ex is a professor of Ancient Greek, and a collector of orthographic minutia who likes to share interesting tidbits. Among its many meanings, it started out as a combined "st," (think like a cursive joining of letters), then when that use fell out of favor, it was a representation of the number 6, but also can refer to a puncture, or a mark of shame (ex says this involved branding/cutting as a form of punishment in ancient times).

True fact: I have one of these tattooed over my heart for symbolic reasons (though I did it before I'd heard of MH).

If I have not yet bored to you to death, here is the disambiguation page on Wikipedia, which can give more details: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stigma

My theory is that tta uses it to indicate that anyone exposed to TO is marked/changed/cursed.

I most want to know: who or what is tta?

A few people have been wondering what the distortion in the hole was.

I think it was because TTAs camera was in that hole. (See TTA Entry: Broadcast)

Jay saw Tim coming out of it. Who knows why he was in there but it's most likely not important.

It may be at least relevant. When Jay asked about Tim, didn't the antique lady say something about "he was looking for his" before changing it to "waiting for his appointment"? I can't see this being a throwaway line.

He was looking for his past.

My Crazy Theory (TM) is that a bunch of it will turn out to be some of Brian's old stuff, and that was what Tim was there for.

As I said, Crazy Theory. XD

I haven't posted in this thread? I thought for sure that I did.

I think the question I want answered the most is what's up with Entry #29? That video still doesn't seem to fit in anywhere in the timeline and I'm fascinated to know how/when it happened.

Knowing who Hoody is would also be cool.

What was the out of place footage in the first part of the tape in Entry #26 about?

That awkward moment when we find out Hoody is Melissa McCarthy.

Then why didn't you say that <_<. Just saying "what's the deal with the antique store" is kinda vague if you were talking about the stuff posted on the twitter

Finally getting around to introducing my fiancee to Marble Hornets so rewatching for the umpteenth time.

The big ones for me are why Alex thought Jay was "gone" and what had happened to Amy. We are going to start season 3 tonight and I might be wrong, but cant remember her being mentioned at all
