I think you can only use them if you're wanting to do stuff that wont have any monetary gain

The SCP does have a licensing. Though it's LLC and Creative commons, they require credit to be given in some shape.

The Slender Man is Public Domain. That means that you can essentially do whatever you want with him, just don't blatantly claim that you thought of him. Sometimes people give credit to Victor Surge; however, you don't really need to. Again, unless you say, "The Slender Man is of my own, individual creation," you probably won't have trouble.

Victor Surge is very particular about lending his contact info out to people, so it might be hard to reach him. As for the others, I don't know.

Thanks for all the responses. Yes, is about a series. I'm trying to do. I know that candle cove is copyrighted, other than that. I don't know. Technically, some I mentioned are not for the season one ( I know, I sound pretentious) of the series I want to create or "created". I already wrote the episodes and I been reading them with other people. So is all of them are creative common license? Since I want to give credit to each one I use for each season. Just need names.
