Note 10 shows that CR continued sending letters to Kate after she came back home from the hospital. Plus she was close by enough in stage 1 for Lauren to hear her scream. And yeah in theory Kate could be alright but chances are she wouldn't have landed like a pro after desperately throwing herself through the window out of impulse.

It would still be serious to the point of very much getting in the way of hiking up the mountain. It's hard to say how much time passed, seemingly not longer than a day or so since Kate was still close by but you can never be sure with Slender Man involved. Either way, injuries from a fall like that wouldn't just heal by themselves that quickly. Especially since she was probably on the move pretty much the whole time, "running" from Slenderman as best she could after falling out a window, sticking the eight pages all over the place...

By the way, I recall Lithp suggesting that we might have been expected to assume the glass on the outside got lost among the grass. Not possible, I say:

Good luck losing anything in that grass. In other words, Kate either didn't make it out the window or it was a mistake. A mistake is not impossible but due to the level of injury Kate must have suffered from the fall, I still go with she didn't make it through.

I just got an email saying this game is coming to Steam on Halloween with new content. So I assume either Valve sorted out the option rights to The Slender Man with the devs or it'll be free. I might actually buy it again if it has Steam achievements and what not.

Yeah, not buying the game unless they include a Slenderverse Mythos section on the menu like they did in the original version. I'd want to support the creators that got this whole fandom started, you know, the mythos.

It's out on Steam today. Not sure what all has been added, but there are achievements and leaderboards now.

Also, apparently, your old license keys can be used to get the Steam version. Just remove the dashes when you enter it.

I poked around for a bit but i'm not sure where you're supposed to meet the new enemy. Level select just reveals the standard 5 levels + Genesis. Maybe the new enemy replaces Slender Man in the hidden stage?

I don't post much, but here I am, anyways, onto business.

So, not trying to be spoilery in any way, but the first level has been greatly expanded. I already met with the new nemesis. Dude.....it was pretty legit creepy. Also, in the beginning of the second level (eight pages) the screen turned a muted color black and white (like Whispered Faith) and I heard whispery/growly sounds. Seems like The Rake to me (although I'm not sure how feasible that is). Overall, some pretty creepy additions so far. I like it. ^__^

I only made it as far as the warehouse though. I have beat it many times but I still can't find that last generator. It seems that they have Melty (as one person called him, I generally like that name better) chasing you 24/7 after a certain point instead of switching off with Slendy (although Slendy starts poppin' in too).

I'd recommend just replaying the whole damn game. It's basically been entirely revamped. The changes are really only huge in stages 1 and 5 but 3 has much improved AI for the chaser, which makes things more intense and stage 2 has a modified starting area.

Here's a list of changes. Spoiler changes will be in, well, spoiler tags. If you don't want spoilers, just read what's unspoilered or play to see for yourself. Obviously, if you still haven't ever completed the game even before the Steam release, don't read anything:

Stage 1:

1. Front of Kate's house is slightly more decorative now.
2. A very nice new subtle Slenderman scare.
3. The stage has actually been extended to a great degree as well.
