This is a crapshoot, but you might be on to something.

Googling the lyrics yields the song "Pretender" by Eisley, and the lyrics are:

The theme of lying is evident here ("LIAR") and the last verse could be referring to Alex, Brian, or TO. I don't know, it could be useful or it could be nothing.

Also this doesn't help us in any way, so... yeah.

This might have got lost in the post madness but at 27 seconds I got a picture of the tunnel with the outline of the operator in the dead center of it.

Yeah it definitely is, the bottom of the one in decline just seemed a little "scuffd" so i thought it was facial hair. It's too close to deny though.

 		Who's this? Plus the white circles in this frame are showen again in the frame where Hoodie is in the tunnel. Maybe a link to the two somehow? Or maybe me clutching at straws.

I see Seth. That doesn't look like Brian. The same person is the face in the lower left corner as shown in the picture above. Maybe that's Hoody?

Also, did anyone notice the "always watching" dude from Decay at the end? I also wonder about the building where the code is. Is it Hoodie's "house" from #68? However, the front entrance to that building has windows where the code would be.

All great catches guys! another thing I noticed is that the creepy guy at the end doesn't just pop up on the side, he actually pops up far down the road first

 		I'm not catching the code at the start, can someone capture it or say was it shows? Also, inclined to say the face at the lower right is Brian from when he was slendy napped. When he was told to have his head on the door.

 		Yeah, I'm wondering what those white circles in a few frames mean.

I thought it was braille at first, but it's really hard to make anything out. Too many of them are cut off, and the letters I can see don't make any sense.

My theory:
This mysterious guy (who has been in previous TTA videos, of course) is the leader of TTA, and he has Hoody do his bidding. That explains the spectogram. He is saying that Hoody has failed him, unless Hoody has actually killed Alex by now.

The only text appears to be "DATE: ______" and this.

 		I am pretty sure the Made me a liar means Alex is alive, It implies he wasnt able to hold his promise, and thus is a liar.
