The dots aren't braille, since they're 3x3 (braille being 2x3), but so far I've got about seven different shots of them.

The letters at the very beginning don't seem to make much sense, although I spotted what's probably part of "hate" in there.

Working on compiling them together, will edit them in when they're done.

I don't know if this is worth anything, but I think that the eye at 0:27 is J's. He has a very distinctive light iris with a dark border.

I have been a lurker for a while but finally decided to post.
What if "Are you making me a liar or is he gone" means is he dead or not. Because TTA would be lying since he said last year was Alex's last birthday. But maybe he is dead. TTA is asking whoever went to kill him if he did the job. I also think TTA might be controlling Jay. Think of all the times his videos have helped him. And Jay has wanted to kill Alex for a while now.

Edit: Also is it just me or did the face in the corner look like Elvis.

In my opinion, TTA wanted someone to kill Alex (Jay, Tim or another member of TTA). TTA appears to recount the events so far, showing clips of things that TTA posted and events where Alex was harmed or could have, and possibly should have, been killed. Also, "everything is fine" is something that Jay, Tim, Alex and Jessica have said, more or less. The "nothing 's on my mind" could indicate the nature of Masky. If it is Jay's eye that pops up, it represents Jay's standpoint as an observer and maybe, that he's seen something he hasn't realized, remembered or mentioned, which would also fit with the way TTA has text while driving (in the manner of a few of Jay's videos) and the way that TTA has called Jay up on 'lying' in his narration before.

Considering the date I think this is TTA expressing regret that, thanks to the Operator, he broke his/her promise last year that Alex's birthday last year would be his last one.

Since Alex's birthday is around about now, it means he had another one, which mean that TTA lied last year in a sense (although certainly not from lack of trying). Oddly if that is true it means he's addressing the Operator, who might not ever see the video.
