Best way to receive audio from players

Without bringing in too many spoilers, we have a thing in our arg where we want to ask people to submit audio to us. We don't want people to have to sign up for something they wouldn't already have. Facebook is also pretty much off limits due to its un-anonymous style.

Best case scenario would be something like: record off a smart phone or laptop mic/headset, and send directly to us.

My first thought was soundcloud, but I'm not entirely sure it's popular enough to expect people to already have it. I also think Twitter would be the best way to go, but there are seemingly no apps/sites that let you send audio without signing up for a service.

I have that feeling I'm missing something entirely too obvious as well...

Bet there is an app for that.
I know my smartphone (Android) has a recording app. Not sure what file type it's stored as, or if that is transferable (can be emailed).
Or someone can "video" in the dark while speaking, then email that file.
Most ARG players have an email account they use when playing (you know, TINAG). I had a gmail account as the "character" I am when playing ARGs.

Without building a website, most smartphones and tablets have some type of voice recording application built in which should save a file as an .mp3. This file can be emailed.

People that are using desktop computers (with a microphone) should also have some type of built in recording app, but the file type may vary from OS to OS. These files can be emailed as well.

The problem with anonymity is that Twitter, Facebook, SoundCloud all need the person to register to upload and/or use.

If you are building websites, you can create an a service for Google Drive using the API's that will allow for anonymous file upload. Check into the Google Drive SDK and Application Owned accounts for more info.
