A few things stood out to me on the trailier:

That phone number looks like it might be either 415-507-7816 or 415-507-7618 to me... I'd wager it's definitely relevant, as most nonfunctional phone numbers I've seen tend to have 555 for either the area code or exchange number.

7816 - Desk of PR Director for "2K" - OOG but curious that they are behind this and the PR director's number would be on the phone.

2K is definitely involved in this, GuestUser17 - it's 2K Marin that's working on this game. The staff numbers are definitely OOG though.

Since on Alice's Twitter we can see earlier tweets about trying to find her ancestry, particularly in relation to ancestry.com, there might be some info on that site somewhere?
