Also, judging by the security code Alpha __ Bravo, I would guess that the other word might either be Charlie or Tango. I have no reason to think this other than the fact that they just feel right, haha.

I dunno about that, I get more of a "Delta" or "Echo" feel from it myself :p
EDIT: And an update from Alice Chulski! Seems she's found someone who has a Dictaphone she can use, so hopefully we'll find out what's on those belts soon!

Yeah this has slowed right now... Alice on twitter is still asking questions but either we have not told her the right answers yet or its just filler.

It seems to me like we need to give her a run down on the last ARGs, or at least explain more about the I.D.D. to her, since she shouldn't know anything about them yet, and the I.D.D. logo & book cover are really the only clues she has given us. Unfortunately I didn't play the previous ARGs so I don't know the best way to explain it to her while remaining in-game, so maybe Macavity or Rowan could try it?
EDIT: Wow somehow I had missed that she posted a new video, but it's pretty much more of the same. It just makes me more sure that someone needs to let her know some of what is know from the old ARGs. Also I'm thinking The Citizens Aware may be the new name for the I.D.D./citizen skywatch so i'm gonna see if there's anything with that name around

I have tried contacting citizen skywatch for alternate ways of communicating with them. And yes, finding the facebook page might be the next important key.

I really hope Alice gets that Dictaphone soon to play the film. I feel like that will open the game up a bit. I'm not really sure where to go from here.

She's definitely hinting at the previous Dead Drops with that patch and constantly bringing up the I.D.D. logo.

Unless I miss my guess, the patch in the latest video looks like the "INDIGATOR CONSERVATOR" patches that some people got in the deaddrops from Crystal Polecat and Mercury Teacup.
Maybe there's something in one of those...

How were the locations for the dead-drops discovered? I'm trying to see if we've overlooked anything that might give us a location, the only thing I can think of is the map of Rosemont/Eastman. GuestUser, did you ever get a chance to check out Eastman?
Also I still think Alice should be given info about the previous operations, especially the pic of the patch from Crystal Polecat, but I'm new-ish to ARGs, so I'm not really sure how to explain it to her while staying in-game

I never made it down there. My plans were changed last minute but I'm rescheduled to be in that area in a week or two. If events require me to get down there earlier I can go there but it's a long drive for just a reconnaissance mission.

They were found through a set of websites that acted like numbers stations back when Citizen Skywatch was running.
Here's a brief writeup of the Mercury Teacup, Crystal Polecat, and Tomato Powderkeg events , courtesy of our very own rowan72.

At 2:10 in the latest YT video, doesn't it look like on the left side of the scrapbook that there's a poster/flyer with "CITIZEN ONE" on it?
Somehow this escapes Alice's attention? Hrm?

I looked at that a good deal yesterday and it's definitely a Citizen One poster. Tried to get a look at a few of the other papers but to no avail. Also, isn't that a very odd looking scrapbook? Looks like album sleeves almost.
