First of all: Tim = Sex

Second: She was the leading lady in a movie that never got finished, a movie that is ultimately unimportant to the events that followed the movie's fall into development hell. So even if she's the leading lady of the movie that never got made, that still makes her about as important as the assistant to the best boy.

 		Can anyone catch the distortion to see if there's anything significant in them?

I thin Alex might teleport after the long 4 second distortion but i'm not sure

I think this is after 4, but in 4 it appears that he's semi hunting the Operator as well. Maybe all the tapes he "burned" involved amy? I suppose we'll just have to see. It will be interesting to see if Jessica was around with Amy at this time as well

 		I'd like to see Jessica make a return too. Maybe Jessica has something to do with the camera in Alex's house that gets the Operator after him again in (Entry 26?). Maybe she's a lot less innocent than portrayed in the hotel, and just a really good actor?

 		Man, I had a huge brain fart on this one. I thought Alex was talking to Jessica and was like "Oh crap Alex was dating Jessica!" Then Jay said Amy and I went... "ugh, derpderp."

But I wonder if Alex removed the audio from some of the tapes himself to protect Amy... though if that was the case he would have done it to this one... unless there was more on the tape that wasn't playable and she made an appearance.

 		A couple things i noticed:
1. The similarity between this and when Jay ran towards the Operator, Jay yelling "What do you want from us!?" Alex yelling "What do you want?!"
2. Alex is talking to Amy about MH. So is it possible they both got mind raped by TO before he moved up there? When Amy first brings out the camera she says "When did we get a camera?" As if Alex using one was completely foreign to her. If so, how did she forget about the fact that Alex was FILMING A MOVIE.
Damn you Jay, why do you leaves us with so many questions and so few answers!?

For some reason I was reading that scene as being talking to 'Jay' and then I kept listening and I heard 'day', but then I figured it either wasn't important or I'd figure out who it was later. I only got Amy when I entered the thread and went, 'Oh, Amy is totally those sounds'. Yeah, I must have just been horribly groggy.

I totally agree. I can't exactly put my finger on it either, but I think it's the way that his limbs curve out instead of point down from his body. He looks less like a man and more like a weird bug. He also doesn't move anymore, which makes him less scary.
I suspect that the current operator is added digitally in post, and the old one was a prop of some sort, but that's just speculation.

Kind of a left field suggestion but interesting.

More likely he just burned the tapes that mentioned Amy...When is the first time we hear about amy anyways? I forget the entry

 		For a moment there when the distortion blasted all the colours red and orange I was sure everything was covered in blood.

Perhaps Alex killed everyone off to protect Amy? That'll make sure they can't harm her with their Operator knowledge.

I also wonder what happened after Alex's tackle. It definitely doesn't look as bad as what happened to Jay.

As one last note, the Operator looked kinda funny to me as well, like he was digitally added in. Maybe that was just the streetlight though. It could look different to me if I see it again.

I was thinking that too. Also, I guess I lied, he does mention it at the end of the entry doesn't he? So it's possible something about Amy got removed from those other tapes.
