Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think Jay has behaved otherwise since he found out Alex was still out there. Remember, he didn't upload videos during the 7 month break, and he only re-started when his memories got wiped and he no longer remembered that Alex was a threat.

Currently, I wouldn't be surprised if the IG delay was to them already having finished up their investigations of college town and leaving before they uploaded Entry 69. Ordinarily I wouldn't think so, except their lines about "one step ahead" might indicate they're wising up to the IG ARG aspect of this.

Oh yeah. I totally forgot about that. Jay didn't post anything. If he did, that "dumbass' comment would have been valid at least :\

From what I've seen browsing around here, people give Jay a hard time. I don't think he's nearly as dumb as people make him out to be. Sure he's not stealthy whatsoever, but that's an OOG problem that they can't really address (crunching leaves)

 		-____- i'm not saying this again. Pravado is the biggest fan of this series. Period. He has been here from the very beginning and knows every entry like the back of his hand. He is just a critic as well.

I think 71 is going to really determine what the theme of these tapes are. I'm not sure what to expect

While people have been upset about the fact that there are very few answers being unveiled, I too am disappointed, but I get the feeling something big will soon be revealed...Well, let's hope so anyway, considering it's supposed to be ending rather soon. Like most others, I do think that Amy has a big part in Alex's behavior now that we've seen this entry. I just am yearning to know exactly what happened to her, what Alex's ultimate goal was, and, well...what roles everybody else played in all of it. Also, how fine a line is there between crazy-gonna-get-mah-gun Alex and normal Alex? How was that somewhat "Slenderified" side of him seemingly suppressed in some videos and obvious in others? How much control does Slendy have over him? How much of a choice did Alex have in the things that had happened between him and the Slends? Not complaining, just eager to have more "hard facts" (or something close) to work with.

I see Jay as a regular person who's constantly dealing with situations that are way too large for him. Considering this as well as the fact that he's too gutsy/stubborn to walk away from it, his behavior seems consistently believable to me, mistakes and all.

I think it's really important because if we can trace down the chain of events, A LOT of the questions would be answered, we could even predict the possible entries.

 		Jay's not like Wheatley-stupid, but he makes a ton of mistakes that even the other characters point out. So, yeah, it's safe to say that he's not supposed to be particularly bright.

Good sir, I am *always* thinking about the timeline.
Trouble is I can never sort anything out by looking at the list of what happens in each entry and swapping them around to figure it all out. :I
I think a lot of us would highly appreciate if the timeline speculation posts were updated through the current entries...(Assuming they haven't been yet. Been a long time since I looked.)

I wouldn't call Jay stupid, just a poor decision-maker.

True that. S1 entries contain random clips which could happen at any time during the shootings of original Marble Hornets film. Here is my attempt on recreating the events:

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
*preparations for the shooting of film begin*
Theory (possible entry missing): something attracts The Operator to Marble Hornets, first encounter
#5 - They scout area, TO is watching from distance
#17 - They are in safety of the house, TO continues watching
#20 - Tim gets worse from hidden exposition to TO
*shootings begin*
#12 - TO decides to make open appearance in daylight to at least 3 filmers
Theory (possible entry missing): everything that happens right after that
#2 - Alex decides to check for this tall guy because he saw him earlier
Theory (possible entry missing): something happens, which leads Alex to pursue of TO to the playground
#4 - playground scene
#54 - Another assault on Alex's house, probably TO made open exposure
Theory (possible entry missing): how they reacted on him appearing (wiping memories?)
#55 - Tim mentions Rosswood
#70 - Alex follows TO demanding him to stop stalking and attacks TO
#13 - TO continues stalking (Alex attempts to reason with it? - Hazman)
#7 - Alex abandons any thought on fighting TO
#3 - Alex gets paranoid
#9, #8, #1, #6, #10, #11, #14 - more stalking and paranoia
Theory (possible entry missing): TO succeeds in breaking Alex's spirit, Alex has blood on his face
*near the end of the film shooting*
#56 - bye, Tim
#57 - more Tim suffer
#51 - bye, Brian
Theory (possible entry missing): Alex does something to Sarah and Jay
#22 - bye, Seth
*Alex decides to burn tapes and leave College Town*
*Jay convinces Alex to give him tapes, Alex burns those mentioning Amy*
*Alex leaves College Town*


As you can see, there are missing events which *should* have happened, but we'll probably never see them for numerous reasons - they could have not been caught on camera, they could have been burnt by Alex or Jay could have decided not to release them to public.

Most problematic entries are #2, #4, #12 and #54. They can easily switch each other for the same effect + each of them could be the first encounter.

 		I tried to decode the noise from 3:48 to 3:52 but some weird noise came when I removed the growling sound.Maybe it's something maybe nothing what do you guys think?
