Quibble for Entry 19: "Jay leaves and Masky follows" implies information we don't actually have. We see Masky obstructing the shot of Jay, then it cuts to both Masky and Jay being gone. Maybe Jay left and Masky followed, maybe Masky left and Jay followed, maybe Masky swept Jay up in his big, strong arms and carried him out the room (or teleported away), we just don't know. Otherwise, a pretty good infographic!

Thanks for the feedback! I actually disagree with what you say because Jay has the footage and says "I don't remember even getting up for an extended period of time" and not something like "I don't remember being carried away by the man in the mask". From the context I think this looks just like what happened in Entry #24, where Jay seems to leave the room without resitance. In any case, since there's more than one opinion I'll change it to something less committal and more generic for the next iteration.

^ A good mention of the pills would be #75, as Tim finds some and puts them in his pocket.

You should create a sub-timeline showing all of the places Tim teleported. I made a comprehensive timeline of this in the #83 thread on page 7.

Here's a first rough attempt, probably with some mistakes. I don't know "Continuation of #21" means, so I left that out. There were a couple of frames that weren't in your timeline, so I added those. I had to guess when Tim transitioned into Masky and back again, and some of the footage may not have come from Tim at all, which adds more confusion. I put "unknown" for the person in the attic, although I'm pretty sure it's Alex (as pretty much everyone else is dead/missing/injured at this point.)

Thanks for the interesting timelines! The pills were important in 72 as they protected Tim from TO, or at least seemed to.

True, but the point I'm making is that we don't see him willingly get up there so we have no basis for assuming it's the same deal as entry 24. (In particular, if the Oppy could make Jay get up and do stuff on his own at that point, what's the point of having Masky visit at all?)

In any case, it's now changed and the timeline has been given a facelift! No more sharp edges! Smile

In case anyone's interested, I've updated all the mini infographics and put them on my website. I've also included some samples of what they look like.

If you want to create your own timeline graphic you can fork me on GitHub. Download it, create your own xml file (just copy and edit master_timeline.xml), change the variable prefix and load the page. Another way to create an xml file is to click on the scenes and events you want, the selected scenes will get a red border, and the xml file will be magically generated in the textbox at the bottom of the page. There's a handful of PHP lines you'll have to edit out, but they are very easy to do- they just tell the page which javascript files to include. In general this works best on firefox, and in terms of size the master timeline is right on the edge of what is physically possible in modern browsers!

For those interested, here is the timeline for all the scenes that feature Brian/Hoody. It's interesting to note that Hoody doesn't start interacting with lucidTim until Tim goes back to the hospital with Jay.

Thanks for your continued effort!

Question: Can you make a timeline of operator doll appearances? Or is that too much work?

Here you go! This infographic only keeps track of significant appearances (ie if it changes hands, or we don't know who had it between entries), but I think it inclues all the times it appears in the series.

Cool, thanks.

Does that mean that Jay actually had that doll until #80?

That's a good question. Jay returns the medical records to Tim in Entry #63. But we never see the doll then, I think.

One comment on the timeline: The doll also shows up in Entry #60.5, when Jay gives his rundown of what he found in the maintenance tunnel.

Ah yes! But to save space the "items" infographics don't track every appearance of each item, just the interesting appearances (otherwise the cameras would appear everywhere and make things even more cluttered.) I don't think adding Entry #60.5 gives us any more information, except telling us that nobody stole the doll between Entry #60 and Entry #60.5.

I assume Jay kept hold of the doll until at least Entry #73 and Entry #74. It's possible Tim took it after that, as they were sharing motel rooms and Jay was pretty out of it at that time, but to be honest I don't think it's important.
