That or the two video were filmed at different points in time

Wouldn't be the first time something like that happened. Noah filmed Thanksgiving Footage in 2010 and apparently killed Sarah's friend during that time, but Sarah talked to Noah about it as though she had just died and been found in 2012.

This makes me wonder how Mary's body ended up in such a strange location (and why if Cursor still needs it as a host) and how Milo was found "dead" from an overdose, assuming Slendy actually killed him in this footage. Mr. Scars also seems to show an unusual amount of emotion and past awareness for a Collective member, although we have seen plenty of anger from Observer before, not to mention Firebrand's recent actions.

 		I took it that when Milo woke up at the start of the video, that was him actually coming back from the dead as Mr Scars and when Slendy got him later that was something else.

Also, we had all been led to believe that Milo died from an overdose, yet in the hidden frame he had his throat slit, which would explain why his voice was buggered in the video. I'm starting to like the dying twice theory - you die once to be brought into the collective and then again when your session ends.

EDIT

Think I may have sussed it. Milo wakes up back from the dead at the start of the video but isn't brought into the Collective and given the knowledge he talks to Mary about til Slendy touches him
