Audacity also does spectograms. Since you can open multiple files on it you can (theoretically?) view multiple spectograms so you can put the image together. But there's no need to start from scratch, you should be able to just take the spectogram images already made and then just get the new ones as each new video is published. To get it from Youtube all you need is the youtube-to-MP3 converter I linked to on the first page.

Gosh. I haven't been here in a while. Like, since eon8 was a thing. Anyway.

I did a very little write-up on how TIMM and PronunciationBook relate (or, rather, don't) mostly using stuff I gleaned from this wiki and the TIMM board here. I wasn't actually around for TIMM, so I'm mostly just piecing stuff together based on what y'all had to say, and I'm hoping someone who actually knows about TIMM might want to weigh in.

Still, I think it's pretty interesting that TIMM characters continued to interact with players up into 2011, when PB was already rolling.

If it's not related to TIMM, I am going to tread very lightly in this game. I'm all for giving people second chances, but it looks like they dropped TIMM right in the middle of the game and people had invested much time and energy. It's counting down to the same date as the Pronunciation Book videos, and the image and mp3 that play in the background are named "77". There are more connections, but those are the most glaring. Even if it is only a coincidence or a hoax, it's still more than a little unnerving.
