Surgeon Simulator 2013 Puzzle previously "[TRAILHEAD?] Another Valve ARG?" Hey everyone, I'm new here, only lurked before. There's some rumors floating around of another ARG from Valve, the company behind games like Portal and Half Life.
First there was an update to their game Half Life 2 that broke the language options setting everything to Korean: http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread.php?t=603896
Valve wrote this off as a mistake on their part and quickly fixed it. Today it was noticed that another game, Surgeon Simulator 2013, which features cameos from two Valve characters, featured korean writing on the bottom of a statue of one of those characters along with a map of the solar system: http://www.neogaf.com/forum/showthread.php?t=606131
Just thought I'd give you guys a heads up.

As far as I can tell, there is a puzzle yes but ARG? Not all puzzle trails are ARGs. Also before anyone can say it here - I do NOT believe this is a HL3 announcement, goofballs.

Steam support released this on twitter

PSA: HL2 and EP1/EP2/Lost Coast are being converted to SteamPipe today. This isn't an ARG, just STEAMPIPE: http://ow.ly/mpRK1
So unless they are really lying or trying deter people off it, no its not a ARG

What does the Korean translate to, anyway? For curiosity's sake.

The Korean in surgeon simulator says "Time" or more specifically "Time is"

Surgeon Simulator 2013 Puzzle
People gave up on this puzzle a long time ago, but I think we can do it. We've done it before.
This came as a prize for beating the Surgeon Sim 2013: Meet The Medic TF2 update.
All that can be assumed right now is that the center line is symbol for the solar system.

Well, if it goes left to right and starts with the Sun (the only way I can see it, with the sizes) that means the arrow's pointing from Saturn. Fits with the spaces on the top of the paper, and it seems they're pointing out the first two letters, which are Sa...thought that might be an element symbol, but I can't find anything for it.

found the following on the large interweb..

this might help.. although the mentioned date is already gone..
also, the following from another site:

Indeed it's an ARG, but I'm afraid it doesn't have anything to do with a Valve game. It's a key piece of an upcoming update to Surgeon Simulator, and the info found there is relevant to the puzzle we just had no idea it could have been read in such a broad way to fit so many theories!
Hope this helps, and sorry for the trouble.
