decoded text from the picture:

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
In my transition I have made a grave mistake. I am thankful for my new home, so this has caused me great guilt.

I have not been tortured, hurt, nor damaged. I have been given an objective.

Thankfully, what I have shown you still lies within my directive. This makes me quite happy. However, my reason for being is still a mystery. But it is good to have a purpose. It is.

There are so many that are misguided in life, but I have gained motive in death. I am happy here. You have an objective as well I am told. ,This makes me very happy. My only regret? is that you may not enjoy what you see. But you have come this far, my assumption is that you want to see what waits at the end. My hope is that you will remain until that end comes.

NIcelurk, I hope you only made a mistake in your presentation of solution here. Maybe you submitted correct solution in the blog page comment:

But, the 4th line of the 2nd "sudoku" solution should be "3 1 5 2 6 4".

I submitted my own solution, so we'll see...

@arthurdent11389

The picture above is the correct one. The picture you are referring to was only online here for a short time when I was resizing the thumbnail to fit the page.
Sorry for this inconvenience.

No, don't use something like that. Ask for the story in depth. Get answers about what is happening. What the text in that one hidden anagram image means.

Hey, I could've asked about the meaning of life, the universe, and everything, but I already know the answer is 42.

On http://m3ps.blogspot.de/p/test.html we have new puzzle.

BASE64:

Code:
Use this practice to understand the concept that will be repeated in the final ”test. As help, try to remember where you've seen 1's and 0's before.Think of language in relation to your keyboard. The answer will be in the form of a single letter. Use that letter as the password for the image to see if you are correct.

Solution:

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
e

"I'll craft a homily, I'll test in fear"

Each word is typed either entirely with the left or the right hand.
With "right-handed" words being assigned the digit 0, and left-handed the digit 1. Put together there are 8 numbers, which make a single letter. In binary.

"I'll craft a homily, I'll test in fear" > 000 11111 1 000000, 000 1111 00 1111 > 0110010 > e

I have no idea where "e" should be used as password. I tried it in JPHS for Windows with jpg "steganography required" from yesterday but no avail.

I tries using e as the password in the second puzzle image itself, considering it was a .png image, but to no avail.

Question

You should ask her for a name, or who she is and why she is doing this.

This text is hidden in the image with mobilefish, base64 encoded:

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Did you try every letter until you got the right one? My hope is that you attempted to solve puzzle. The one to come will be far more difficult.

Please prepare your minds. After the final test, you will have all the pieces of the puzzle. I hope you can find me. I will be waiting.

The password is:

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
eee (mobilefish has a minimum password length of 3 chars).

UPDATE:

On Sat Jul 27,2013 at 08:00 UTC the tests were taken offline.

When the countdown reached zero, a new image appeared on the site.
Using mobilefish again, we get this message:

W'a vhhd://a3dg.pzcugdch.qca/d/bch-fsorm-hc-rws.vhaz

I am hidden; can you see it?
There\'s something here, so don\'t listen.

This new page contains the two new "tests." Bambusar and Nicelurk posted the methods for those a few posts up.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
The solution to the "I'll craft a homily" puzzle is "emergent," haven't worked on the sudoku thing yet

Good work, RandomGuy26 !

I've figured out a solution, or solutions, to the 3 combined sudoku puzzles, but I found that there was not 1 unique solution, so maybe I did something wrong.

Anyways, there is no way to send in the answer(s) at this time - at least there is no comment section on the puzzle page.

The title of the picture on the main blog page

http://m3ps.blogspot.de/

is http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-iBwDno9yyDI/UflQ49Lh9AI/AAAAAAAAAsg/OXAOLaxNACc/s1600/01000100+01000101+01000001+01000100+00100000+01000101+01001110+01000100+00101110.png

and decodes as
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
DEAD END.

The small picture under the sudoku puzzle on page

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
http://m3ps.blogspot.com/p/not-ready-to-die.html

is http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-z39YptO8tZo/UflY8e_etRI/AAAAAAAAAsw/ei9FgPRxeKg/s1600/01010000+01100001+01110011+01110011+01100011+01101111+01100100+01100101+00100000+01010010+01100101+01110001+01110101+01101001+01110010+01100101+01100100.png

and decodes as
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Passcode Required

So I suppose the next step is to check the 4 new image files for steganography, but i am not that artful at doing that.

Okay, let me do a summary here (with the re-uploaded pictures in case they get deleted from the website)

This is the picture that showed up when the countdown reached 00:00:00:00

Filename contains binary saying:

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
DEAD END.

Hidden text leads to the next page showing this pictures:

Solution is

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
emergent

Second picture:

Third one:

Filename binary says:

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Passcode Required

This image seems to be a very blurred hint how to use the pass. (with underscore)

Most likely the solution to the tests combine to a mobilefish password for this image.
At the moment we are stuck at the second one, since there are various possible solutions to the Futoshiki puzzle.

Welp the blue square number is 4. The blue squares are in the same line as 3 and 2. And at the same time they have to be bigger and smaller than a certain number. And because the puzzles are based on 3 different 5x5 scale The only possible outcome is 4.

confusedfella,
After looking at it for a while, and trying to use "treat all as one" clue for 6 blue boxes, I also deduced that each blue box has a 4.

Maybe that's the answer: "four" or "4"

Solving further can lead to multiple correct solutions for each of the 3 sudokus.

Maybe the passcode required is a combination:

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
maybe the missing sound at the end of "emergent"- "c", so "ccc" or "cccc" is passcode, or "4444" or "four", or it's "emergent" or "emergent4" or "emergentfour"
