NiceLurk, great job !
I was able to figure out the change to make to your transcription (I changed one "m" to a "w", even though it looks like a "W" in the picture.)
so that the transcripted text and decoded message become:

I would like more paper. If you are there MAv3rick, please comply. Boredom, to my observation, is not an enjoyable eon. Could my paper be blue? I like the color blue.
I've tried finding a "MAv3rick" on the web (like deviantArt), but haven't been able to so far.

May be irrelevant, but I figured I should point out in case anyone didn't notice that MAv3rick and MAin_Scr33n (the title of the image with the TV) both have MA capitalized and use '3' instead of 'e.'
Maybe Mav3rick is a program that runs on the screen. Or is the screen itself. Or actually, maybe he/she/it is the face that you can see in the screen in the image that NiceLurk posted.
Edit: Yeah, definitely the face on the screen. It's the same face as the face with the arrows pointing to it on Document_1, where the text says "When he appears I will know."
Also, the text talking about outside communication might refer to the box below the TV.

I updated the image in my previous post.
This new version is even more edited (especially exposure and colour correction) and shows more content in the screen.
Imho it looks like some kind of text, yet unreadable.

I'm pretty sure those light/dark square patches are just jpg compression artifacts.

After L0K1 found this link in the sourcecode of the page he now discovered the frontpage at http://m3ps.blogspot.ca/ has changed.
The picture itself has a little more colour and the binary filename changed to
Code:
01010100 01101000 01100101 01110010 01100101 00100000 01101001 01110100 00100000 01101001 01110011 00101110
decoding to:

There it is.
Base64 in the pic:
Code:

gives us the link to the second ducoment:

This site updated again:
Frontpage:
The filename is binary and decodes to:

I've found it...
and it contains Mobilefish data:

You have seen the truth.

There is another area open to ask. Any question is fine. Include your answer and email.
Also the MAinscr33n picture has changed:
Yet the added Base64 is unreadable.
Clicking on this picture leads to this site:

Also there is a box to send the solution to M3Ps.

You can still access higher resolution images of MAin_Scr33n by modifying the URL.
For example, here is the highest resolution.
The base64 is easy to read now:

Ok, thx. I missed that option.
So for now, I'm trying to find a solution for the missing words in
Code:
After her trials, M3Ps emerged _______ in a matter of _______ days.
Almost for sure, the second word should read 'fourteen', yet I did not find a definitive solution for the first one. Maybe 'slowly'? Idk.

More updates. The home page has a "new" picture with new mobilefish base64.

Which decodes to:

There are two solutions.
The one you can see, and one that is hidden.
Inside each square, a word was spelled.
How long is that word?
This page now links to another 7z file .
The MAin_Scr33n image has been updated with MAv3rick now shown on the screen. Here's a high quality version of the image. There is binary-encoded ASCII in the image
Code:

Which decodes to:

MAv3rick: To release further information to informant.
-------------------------------
Is the result of that binary supposed to be another anagram or something?
Is the riddle referencing this page where words were spelled out inside the squares? The words were different lengths though. Two 3 letter ones, a 4 letter one and a 5 letter one.
Edit: Okay I think I figured out the second thing hidden in the sudoku.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
The sudoku is comprised of 9 letters which can spell out the word "unscathed." That seems to fit perfectly here:
After her trials, M3Ps emerged unscathed in a matter of _______ days.
The number of days might be 9 (instead of 14 like some people thought) since 9 is the length of the word "unscathed."

@virodoran:
Brilliant solution to the sudoku.
However, I'm not sure about the number. Regarding to the Binary_Access_Picture the emerging of M3ps lasted 14days. Maybe the number 9 is somehow related to the new zip file?

Things are going fast. There's already a new picture:

Some frames got added to the .gif picture.
This is the most clear one, you can see a person (maybe M3Ps?) in front of and a drawing of something (maybe MAv3rick???) on the screen:

The frontpage is updated with a .gif as well. The binary filename of this decodes to:

Go away.
In one frame of this .gif is another binary:
Code:
01100111 01111010 01100101 01101111 01101101 01100110 01110100 01110001 01110000 01011111 00111001
decodes to
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
gzeomftqp_9
Using a simple Caesar shift it reads
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
unscathed_9
This seems to be the solution to the recent riddle, but unfortunately the box to submit a message is gone.
EDITH says: The string is actually the password for the zip-file, see next post.
