Obviously the little key-symbol-things are what need solving, but any idea how to go about that?

Interesting! We Mediators received the same text however the ogham written on our Trinity Knot symbol is different.
I believe to solve this we need to first collect the symbols that were sent to all the groups, which will then allow us to decode it. Although this ogham looks slightly different, I think that the way to tell the letters is based on the number of tick marks that grow off of each line. (So _|_|_| for instance would count as 3 ticks instead of 4).

Well the picture is of a Triquetra one of the most common Celtic Knots. It was used by Christian missionaries as a way to teach the Celts about the Trinity. In addition many Neo-pagans view it as a representation of the Three Fold Goddess. So the picture itself has many different interpretations.
Now for the dashes in it.
It -looks- like very badly written and historically inaccurate Ogham.
However after looking at the picture you have the one I got (which is the same as RAD). They are two different pictures. Well the "Ogham" is. So it's something we have to puzzle together literally.
Edit because of being goofy

Due to unexpected occurrences, I will no longer be playing, as I will be completely unreachable for a few weeks. Sorry to bail like this.

Life happens it's understandable. Hope all is well, and if not, hope it will be very soon!

I think this was done purposefully to make it both easier to read and write. It's a little hard to plan out in advance how much room you're going to need. I think the toughest thing for us is just finding out which direction to read it in (since that changes what letters they are quite significantly) or where one sentence begins or ends (since Ogham usuallys practically identical symbols for that...)

the ">" is always the beginning of Ogham when written while the opposite of it is the end of the line so it would be >----(opposite sign)
Edited because the coding on here wont let me say what I as saying.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
So I've translated parts of mine. The bottom one is Each. the top is "buissoin aiche" Which looks gaelic but I can't find anything.

Except the symbol is circular so >----< can really be read in either direction. Perhaps I'm just overthinking it.

Just make sure you check the slant of the / when written the / always go that direction. From bottom right to top left. Yours seems to have some slants so use those as help on directions

Well, I suppose that answers that question. I volunteered to either be a royal guard or a mediator, preference for the first. If I recall correctly, the royal guard is pulled out of the trials, which probably explains why I haven't gotten an email.
Nevertheless, there is a puzzle to solve, and I'll do what I can to help!

Ok after this last one I"m now really convinced this is in gaelic.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Doing the translation as before I got mar fetheach itheach
Mar means As and fitheach is Raven. I also found Itheach as part of three words, one mean carnivorous the other herbivorous.
feņil-itheach means carnivorous
lus-itheach and feur-itheach means herbivorous.

Going off that, I'm thinking the message goes along as something like
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Eating/preying as a raven does, since itheach is apparently the -vorous parts of those words. Also, what was the third word containing itheach?

I think there's still one part missing. When you write in all that we've been given, there are still 2-3ish areas blank for writing. The only missing piece would be from the Royal Guard and I know inkflamewriter said she didn't receive anything, but if mrshomersimpson could also confirm this that'd be great.
