I'll miss MH dearly, but like every other series I've enjoyed the living shit out of, I'll eventually move on. For example, Avatar The Last Airbender (probably my favorite TV series) took a WHILE for me to move on from after it concluded. But I did.

Besides, there are plenty of other series to keep me occupied. RWBY just started up, and it's looking like it's going to be around for a LONG time. I also have Attack on Titan which also just started up, Legend of Korra, EverymanHYBRID (Heaven knows when that will end with how long it takes for them to produce new "episodes"), etc, in addition to whatever Trosephim are doing after MH. And then I have my games.

So in conclusion, Marble Hornets will be missed, but I'll be able to cope.

Hah, that's something we have in common. That show never gets old. Probably my favorite TV series as well.

But yeah, I know what you mean with how you eventually just move on. The fact that a TV show, or any other fictional work, can affect you that much is weird and awesome at the same time.

I think I'll be able to handle the end of Marble Hornets more easily, though. I'll mostly be sad because there aren't anymore entries to look forward to. The mystery will be over. With other shows I get into, it's more of like saying goodbye to a long-time friend that makes it hard to cope with. Marble Hornets doesn't really emotionally attach you to characters (at least for me), so that's why I feel like I'll be fine.

It will suck, though. Definitely. But at the same time I can't wait to see how this series will end.

I guess that depends on how it ends.

I'll probably complain that the ending wasn't what I wanted, like I did with Lost.

I don't know, I find I'm quite connected to Jay honestly and can't stand the idea of anything happening to him and Tim's mental struggles I find incredibly heart wrenching.

Concidiently, I'm on the third season of Avatar right now. I know this is going, but for me, it was a show which took awhile to gel and was why I skipped after seeing to the final season to see if it would. Season one had some intresting characters, plot lines and an intresting world - but they never quite came together for me as a whole and it really seemed as if the creators were trying too hard to make an impression and just needed to let the story breathe on it's own.

Season three has been a HUGE improvement. Everything really has snapped into place. True, the humour in the show is never really going to win me over completly (there's been some nice bits like the end of, but on whole, it just feels forced as if to say 'we're having a few comedy beats here'), I like Zuko's ongoing mental struggle with acclaimiting, the gang's infilitration of The Fire Nation, Toph (Toph!) and Zuko's sister is just so lovablely EVIL most of the time. (Plus, Ioh is training himself to be all sorts of bad ass....I like Ioh quite a bit Smile)

What kind of merch? I'm seeing custom made Masky masks, Operator dolls, posters, a journal filled with Alex's drawings, stickers, mouse pads, calendars, and cement blocks covered in dry blood.

Livin' the dream.

A journal of Alex's drawings would be cool but I really want posters. Posters would be awesome.

In terms of seasons for Avatar, my favorite would definitely have to be 2. When the gaang arrived in Ba Sing Se, the series just unexpectedly took a dark and DEPRESSING turn. NOTHING went right for the main characters after they found Appa. The season 2 finale's ending in particular with Aang temporarily dying is ALWAYS heart-wrenching for me to watch. A true emotional roller-coaster ride.

Season 1 was really good for getting the setting and lore nailed down, IMO, and had some FANTASTIC episodes. "The Blue Spirit" in particular is in my top five. Season 2 as a whole, IMO, as I said, was better because of how much the series matured by then. Season 3, on the other hand, while still fantastic, had quite a bit of filler starting out. Some of this filler was meh (The Painted Lady, The Beach), some if it was good (The Headband, Nightmares and Daydreams), and ONE of the "filler"-ish episodes in particular is also in my top five; The Puppetmaster. I don't know if you've made it this far yet, but something AWESOME is introduced in The Puppetmaster, along with it having a decently spooky, emotional premise, and some EPIC much-needed backstory that you'll understand when you see.

But yeah, Season 3 was pretty much god-tier starting with The Puppetmaster and continuing through to Ember Island Players, although Firebending Masters' premise was kind of meh. I also really didn't like some of the choices the writers made in the four-part series finale. Oh, and the Boiling Rock two-parter was fuckin' excellent.

Also, Iroh is my favorite character.

Jesus, I've de-railed this thread. SORRY, EVERYONE! I find myself having emotional attachments to the characters in MH. I want them to succeed, and like many others, would have a hard time watching anything bad happen to them. I actually, unlike many others, really liked the more character-development focus of season 3 early on. They really got us all attached to Tim, and we're now beginning to worry about Jay with his apparent deteriorating mental state.

There are still many things to watch, but internet series are just different.

I'll imagine it'll be something like when Red vs Blue ended...just sadness at how it's over. BuuuT let's see what else I have to follow up on:

- Breaking Bad
- Walking Dead
- Game of Thrones
- RBWY
- Attack on Titan

- GameGrumps (does this count?)

I'll probably go insane, develop a cough and wear a mask. I may take the time to film my descent into madness.

... that or I'll just move on to the next thing.
