Nothing past this point, cause this dogshit entry gave us nothing to talk about.

It gave us defense pills, Tim's house, and confronting Alex. That's three things. "Nothing" would imply no things.

Please tell me how we're going to have an insightful discussion on any of that. We already knew Tim's pills prevented, or at least weakened, the operator's influence. Even if you're going on the fact that we could never say for sure, there's still no discussion you can create that we haven't had before about the pills relating to the sickness prevention. Knowing that it's Tim's house is a fact, but literally nothing interesting can be discussed from that fact. Confronting Alex hasn't happened yet.

By discussing it? The discussion thread is already on page 3.

even though people will say it did, no, it didn't.

Right, just because it happened, doesn't mean it happened.

You're saying Jay "documentary on hotels" doesn't have good social skills? You mean Jay "wait outside your mental health clinic five days in a row and randomly accost you in the street while pointing a camera in your face" isn't good with people? Say it ain't so.

That I can chalk up to him being in a weird situation and dealing with people who don't know, but Tim's in the know, and he's still being weird.

Your definition of plot is not the same as mine then. Plot revolves around a stories events. Nothing in this entry provided an advancement in that field. They provided us with definitive things from the previous entry that we were iffy on, but none of those things had any effect on the events of the story whatsoever. Sorry.

If they double post tonight and put up 75 i would be most impressed.Otherwise we wait 4 weeks for a payout.

I do like the epilepsy pill idea however. What if the Operator is a manifestation of errant brain waves that charges him?

Did this remind anyone else of Entry #3? Also, I wanted to give Jay a hug! He's so very broken right now. I was hoping for some chestcam footage, but it looks like we'll never see that. Overall, a nice entry, with just the right amount of tension and foreboding. The next few entries are going to be great.

In all seriousness, all we really got from this entry is confirmation that the house from 73 was definitely Tim's and that Alex was the person Hoody ran into. Not much else.

Don't forget the hint about the pills and the fact that they'll be returning to Tim's house soon.

Interesting, I hope we get Entry #75 within a reasonable time frame cos waiting another 3 weeks kills the momentum.

I find Jay's state after Entry #72 most interesting. After all, Jay has encountered TO many times in the past but he's never had Tim there to see what it does to him. Perhaps Jay's been experiencing episodes like Tim this whole time but he/we have just never known about it?

Except for a clear objective and next move, confirmation about things we didn't know for certain before, and an update on Jay's condition. Unless you ignore those things, yes, the plot was advanced.

Unless you've seen entry 75 and beyond, you don't actually know that.

All of those things mentioned were merely discussed, never acted on. The act of performing their next move, going to Tim's house, is where the plot advances. That's like saying if a movie like Crank had a 10 minute scene where jason statham is locked in a white room talking about everything he's going to do when he gets out of the room. That scene is not plot advancement.

Your stockholm syndrome is actually entertaining me more than entry 74 did.

The discussion is an act in and of itself, and yes, it is plot advancement. They're further along than they were before. Not by much, but also not by much less than many other entries throughout the show.

Some thoughts on Tim's medication and its relation to TO: it's been pretty much established that Tim's meds protect against Slender symptoms. What if his pills are anticonvulsants for epilepsy? Epileptic seizures are caused by disruptions to (electrical) brain waves and Tim's meds would help stabilise those to some extent.
We already know that TO disrupts electronics (hence the various forms of distortion on tapes).
TO's main MO could simply be to disrupt electrical waves, both organic (human brain waves) and technological (electronics)?

I like this theory a lot, though I very much doubt we would ever get this much detail on how TO works cos it would make him a lot less creepy if he had a sensible explanation.

It seems Tim, Hoody and Jay are all using the same pills (and Jay and Hoody are mooching off Tim's supply) but Alex isn't. I wonder if that explains why his personality changed so much after he started encountering TO?

Earliest I've ever caught a fresh Entry, awesome!

This resolves SEVERAL plot points. THANK YOU TROSEPHIM for coming right out and having Tim almost sound just like a viewer of the series and verbally address several things we wanted to know. I'm pleased with this Entry as it sets us up for endgame, in my honest opinion.

Also, Jay is a mess! He really has been fucked up this whole time! The Operaper got him bad. And he was pretty much being an asshole to Tim... I hope Jay goes back to review the footage sometime to see how Tim saved his ass.

So, Tim and Jay are going to confront Alex, and since they posted this before going, Hoody/TTA and Alex himself might be alerted. Possible team forming due to mutual interest in pills? It's gonna be a shitshow at Tim's no matter what. Gun(s?), Alex, Hoody, pills, TimJay... The Operator is almost guarenteed to appear.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Trosephim would not have posted this Entry unless they had a very good idea for the next one. I'm fuckin pumped!

Also, scruffy Tim... Brace for fanboy sploog. Smile

Can't help but notice that Tim didn't mention the tape. I mean, even if it was news to him, you think he'd mention it to Jay, considering he pretty much has a fetish for the things at this point.

Anyone else think that looks an awful lot like the room where Tim had the seizure that TTA filmed?

Didn't think about that, but you're right. Also I think going back so soon is a really bad idea, Jay's not gonna be able to watch Tim's back in his condition.
