Which means Tim referred to himself and his psychotic alternate persona as "we", which is incredibly creepy.

 		I think "We" refers to TTA- I'm pulling out the group theory again.
Jay is the "Messiah" for this creepy cult or whatever they are. Ark is a reference to Noah's Ark. The Operator is trying to stop Jay, but for whatever reason can't just kill him- maybe he needs Jay himself.
The end of the world is imminent and only Jay can stop/cause it, depending on which side he chooses. If he joins TO, it releases the Operator Race- infinite operators overwhelm the world. If he chooses TTA, everything resets. Probably involves him sacrificing himself for the sake of humanity.

..Maybe. I'd like to see it anyway.

You still can't see her body. Regardless, we can guess her height based on where she held the camera, and nobody with legs that small can outrun a 6 foot dude (entry 45). If they reveal amy is hoody, there will be too many continuity errors. Hoody dragged jay and tim to the abandoned hut at one point, no way could a girl amy's size move tim.

 		You can see her shoulder and it looks to me like she has a very slight build. She doesn't look like a very big chick at all. I think Hoody being Amy is a completely silly theory. Alex was looking for Amy remember? Hello, Entry 68?

 		I'm still a believer that whenever we saw pissy/angry alex in season 2+3, it was his masky state. The one time he holds Jay and Jessica at gunpoint he is completely "sober", but realizes that he does things in his masky state that can be incriminating so he figures he has to kill them to protect himself.

I mean... why warn Jay and Tim not to cross the tunnel other than to make sure they don't die? Why

My main theory (that the operator makes people "black out" and then take control of their bodies) can explain why Alex did some of the things he did (he was completely normal according to his friends before the operator came around, which is why I believe his actions are not those of his own when making the sacrifices)

Fitting into that, Alex watches the tape from entry 50 and goes back the next day to check it out (29).

Even hoody knows Alex isn't fully guilty, and that's why he hesitates to kill him. He wants the operator dead, and it just happened to be "inside" of alex at the time he was captured.

Now, they're going to reveal Tim is the liar, and that Alex wants to kill Tim because he knows this. Alex wants to help Jay but the operator won't let him.

 		The "masky states" and "Operator controlling people" theories don't sit well with me. Only Tim has showed any real signs of an extra personality, and even now that's being question in light of 75. Plus, it's always seemed like everyone is acting in their own will, even if they aren't in the right state of mind.

Tim's the only one that you attribute it to because Tim's the only one we've seen on camera wearing a mask acting unlike himself. Wouldn't you agree that it would be weird for Tim to have a masky state but not Alex, even though they both underwent the same sickness? You think Tim was acting on his own will when he choked Jay out and dragged him through the woods?

There has to be some kind of state. We saw Tim's seizure and him limping shortly after it. I just can't see why Tim would go through that state and nobody else.

It's also hard for me to believe that Alex would calmly sacrifice his friends during a time when we knew he was super angry and paranoid. Everyone knew him as a peaceful guy before the operator came around, so it's kind of weird that he'd go crazy with paranoia on set, then not too long after start calmly sacrificing people. His personality has been entirely too two sided these past two seasons for me not to think we have seen him in a masky state.

Admittedly, I hadn't thought of extra layers of clothing, but this would still be a huge asspull, which is the primary reason I oppose the theory. Hoody's SPECIFIC build not being fixed is one thing, Hoody being a woman when, the vast majority of the time, it is clearly not a female playing the character is quite another. And why would she even bother doing that? If she wanted to pass as a man, most men are going to be closer to her own size & build, rather than Brian's or Tim's. It's rather a lot of trouble to go to just to fool everyone into basically thinking you're Brian. If they stuck to small actors like Troy & Joseph, & then claimed that the Hoody character used padding here & there to disguise her sex, that would be much more believable, from both an in-&-out-of-universe perspective.

Also, as a nitpick, I don't know why you listed broad hips. That's not a trait typically correlated with males.

I don't see this. For starters, didn't Masked Tim just walk himself there? Secondly, if he's just dead weight, I don't see why anyone wouldn't be able to move Tim. It might be annoying & take a while, but it should be doable. It's not like Hoody grabbed him in one hand & lifted him into the air.
