Ugh, so YouTube falsely flagged my piece for copyright infringement. I disputed it as I performed all the instrumentals in this piece myself including the creepy "Conversion" organ music.
Only used two vocal samples from MH:
2:25 is the distortion/scream from the climax of Entry 72
2:58 is Tim saying "Marble Hornets" in reverse from Entry 59

It should be back up in a couple of days.

In the mean time I have more pieces coming soon, just been a busy week at work.

It's a shame it was taken down. I thought it was pretty good, very atmospheric. Hope you manage to get it all sorted out.

Looks like it's back up, though the content is still "disputed" Rolling Eyes

Working on "Rosswood" now, should be a relaxing atmospheric piece about the woods and the nearby town. No scares this time but something throughout is unsettling...

Despite being unproductive during a bad heat wave, I give you "Rosswood"

This one is without the scares of the first piece and is far more relaxing...albeit unsettling. Enjoy!

Holy nature. I love this score so much, probably even more than the other one. You know, because nature.

Part of me does want an MH score to set mood, but another part of me wants to keep it silent to preserve the realism and eeriness.

Think we could align these scores to go along with entries and re-release em?

EDIT: Not as replacements to the originals, but as experiments to see how it feels.

Yeah ultimately they should be without score for realism, but if anyone wants to take a swing at inserting these in or even making a music video of sorts using clips from MH, go for it!

I've listened to these alongside some scenes from the entries. The Operator is a pretty perfect fit for Entry #65. Rosswood goes well starting from the middle portion of Entry #64 and then conveniently ends as they're going into the tunnel. It also seems like it'd go with parts of #31, #41, #43 and #50, when Rosswood is kind of spooky, even a bit pleasant at first and not immediately dangerous... for the fleeting moment.

There doesn't seem to be a download button for Rosswood on Soundcloud. Sad

Oh wow, that's awesome! Sorry about the download link, it's fixed now.
