[TRAILHEAD?] Junko Junsui

I have been apporached by a mysterious "Junko Junsui" yesterday, who requested to become a contact of mine on Facebook (and apparently has already contacted some other old ARG friends of mine).

When I blocked her first contact attempt since I had never heard her name before, she offered some additional information - not very enlightening, but thought-provoking:

Quote:
You do not know my name and we have never stood at the same time Canzonett.

Not yet.)))

I feel people's ability to share and communicate. I can see that you are a very imagining mind. I allocate my labour towards such people. I have talent that is empathy.

Please forgive me for being general. There are reasons. I am in some danger if I do not obscure all articulations.

But I have important things to show you. It is about all our welfare. Our friendships are now connecting our responsibilities. My world is very different I can suspect.

I would enjoy you to be my friend.

Blessed Be,
Junko

The photos posted on her Facebook page seem as mysterious as the few Twitter updates she has posted up to now ... She also has a MySpace profile.

According to a list of Japanese names I just googled, Junko="pure child", Junsui="pure".

Sounds interesting. If nothing else, I'll be able to follow some different news stories on Twitter.

Well, she's hot. I'll give her that, but I'm not seeing anything on her Facebook page that would lead me to think there's an ARG here. I sent her a friend request, and I'll ask her to provide some more information about herself.

I looked up the name, and Junko (Japanese) means "obedient child" or "pure child", and Junsui just means "pure"

The reply to my renewed friendship request (which she accepted) - I had asked what kind of danger she was in, how I could help, how she found me and knew she could trust me:

Quote:

Thank you for giving me your understanding Canzonett.

I located you by following names via algorithms. I use programming for search on Google to find creative people worldwide. There are many criteria and it is NOT perfect yet. It does not understand creative quality. Rather points are given for affiliations to institutions or other individuals. Emergent patterns are what count rather than individual nodes. It reliant upon human feedback and checking because often results have been misguided. But it improves.

My project is not this algorithm. It is only means to finding people who will take action in future when current economic and social reality disintegrates. I am looking for those who understand maternal beauty.

合掌,
Junko

Thank you for opening this thread.

Actually I waited till somebody will start this thread for a week or more. I wasn't sure, what is she, since her Russian descriptions seem to be correct.

Quote:
Her album "Потеряно Но Не Забыто" does mean "Lost, But Not Forgotten"

As she added me at facebook, I had only one mutual friend with her, that beautiful actress, who acted as Nanashino Noriko in Lost Ring.

So I thought, perhaps somebody from Japanese community (since even if she looks not really Asian, Junko Junsui is a Japanese name).

But then I checked her profile at facebook again and found some another mutual friends, everybody from ARG players.

It makes me think about, if it's an ARG, who are PMs, if they added firstly an actor of a last ARG before adding of ARG players. Is it perhaps 42? Or McGonigal? Or (in case it's a grassroot) just somebody, who was fan of Lost Ring?

I'm in anyway, since it looks impressive and interesting.

An ARG in Art Nouveau sounds cool!

P.S. I just hope, it isn't a sekt or something.

UPDATE. Look at this wiki article, it will imho help a little bit to be oriented in the story:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hypogeum_of_%C4%A6al-Saflieni

(The person with weird names, like Gwaschemasch'e are real historic persons)

HIH Princess Gwaschemasch'e Kadın Efendi was daughter of Abdülaziz
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abd%C3%BClaziz
and wife of Abdul Hamid II
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abdul_Hamid_II

According the album by Junko, she was later
Quote:
Beauteous Gwaschemasch'e - Priestess of the Great Mother, Protector of Mnajdra

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mnajdra

Does she has a Graal sign on her palm btw?
And: here is everything wikipedia does know about her:

HIH Princess Gwaschemasch'e Kadın Efendi (Istanbul, Çırağan Palace, 21 June 1877 - ?)

The "?" looks very interesting.

Well, when I see Russian text and the KGB, there's a certain PM that comes to mind... I have a funny feeling about that.

Yes, I actually had this feeling too... Smile
KGB, Russian Textes and also Japanese contents. Conspiracy and old society... Let's wait for a first homepage - its hoster can also give us a hint Wink

Our adorable PM had nothing to do with this ARG.

@kosmopol: interesting info in those wikipedia links.

Some more links here: Goddess Salon (FB group recently joined by Junko where she has posted her thoughts)

She has also an account in Russian social network vkontakte:
http://vkontakte.ru/id37293483?39715

Here some translations.

Junko Junsui
Она - начало. She is the beginning.

Interests: Я пригласила вас присоединиться к своему братс(т)ву (SP!)
I invited you to join my brotherhood (fraternity).

Favorite Quotes:
В пустынях не спаслись от бед,
И всюду страсти роковые,
И от судеб защиты нет.

It's the epilogue from a poem by Alexandr Pushkin, "The Gypsies":
In the deserts you were not saved from misfortune,
And fateful passions are found everywhere
And there is no defence against fate.

Translation from: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Gypsies_(poem)

About Me:
Я - первая мать.
I'm the first mother.

OK, now this starts to be really cool (if it's an ARG).

I suppose, since the poem is about Gypsies, this ARG could be about the pre-history of this nomad people. Since there are some theories about ancient temples in Malta, which could be produced by Atlants, perhaps the plot is about Gypsies, who (after some hypothesis) came from Atlantis, but they have to move across the Earth after that catastrophe. OK, it was just very wild speculation though...
But perhaps the story with Gypsies is in this context not relevant, rather metaphoris. Perhaps it's just about a nation who lost their fatherhood - or in this context, motherhood Smile (Again, Atlantis anyone?)

P.S. Look at her birthday. Is she incarnation of HIH Princess Gwaschemasch'e Kadın Efendi ?

What I feel the most interesting right now, it's the way she's managing the channels:

Philosophy/Religion on FB

Spirituality on myspace/vkontakte (with 99% female friends)

Politics/Human Rights on Twitter...

Anyway, if this is not an ARG I feel this is a nice case on transmedia storytelling.

Cool.

She's posting on the Goddess Salon discussion group on Facebook:

Quote:
Greetings!

My sisters and I feel much empathy for your collective.

We together wish to make communion with those who will help manifest the return of Maternal Beauty again to our world.

Mnajdra is the place where we parted. She is the origin.

Many times we have seen Her in our memories and dreams but we would not be able to picture now Her face. She is also the convergence, where the intimate relationship between ecstasy of birth and agony of death meet.

Blessed Be,
Junko

That's an established discussion group that's been around for several years and has 274 members.

If this is an ARG of some sort and this is a fictional person, that's in rather bad form in my opinion.

I find it highly unlikely that this is an ARG. It seems more like she's just a very pretty, very eccentric Russian woman.

Well, it could be...
Just my question is, where had she got all the pics. I tried to re-track them with tinEye etc. but couldn't find any origin. I think, if the pics aren't related to Gwaschemasch'e, than it's really just an emotional and excentric beauty.

(Because if it's an ARG and all the pics - especially that one with "Grand Mother Cult" - were produced for this ARG, it would be highly awesome).

...

Just one little doubt about her beeing Russian: I know such emotional persons, most of them are very narcisstic, and they don't just spread their identities across the social networks. They have an urge to communicate, but also to self-manifestation, so they write a blog, usually at livejournal.com or liveinternet.ru/top. And often they are in ru-net at home, not trying to cross the invisible border to the foreign web presence.

Junko is only in vkontakte - another sites are really international...

And, again, why did she add ARG people to their account?..

But I am not really sure though... (Actually, I want it to be an ARG and nothing... ehm... else Smile)

UPDATE. I found something.

This picture is posted in facebook by Junko

With this comment:

Quote:
Mother of Gwaschemasch'e:
Nedaxe Seteney - Circassian princess kidnapped and sold in 1865 to the harem of the Abdülaziz I.

Painting by Jean-Leon Gerome in 1876
In this photo: HH Gevherin Nedaxe Kadın Efendi

This painting is really made by Jean-Léon Gérôme
http://www.jeanleongerome.org/Veiled-Circassian-Lady.html
with the title "Veiled Circassian Lady"
http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jean-L%C3%A9on_G%C3%A9r%C3%B4me

Nothing about Mother of Gwaschemasch'e or Nedaxe Seteney, look also http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Circassian_beauties

It does mean:

1) either we (incl. ol' wise google) just don't know about the history of this painting
2) or Junko is trying to collect her history from various sources (good done btw, the woman at the picture is Circassian, like Gwaschemasch'e)

About Circassian ladies: in Russian, end XVIII - XIX centuries was literary romanticism very powerful, it influenced the whole Russian culture. Puschkin, Lermontov and many another poets and writers were fascinated by Caucasus, e.g. by Circassian women. If it's not an ARG, here we can see a girl, who stay even today under this mightly literary influence.
