Yeah, I'm definitely a fan of the theory that the tape will show something having to do with Jessica. That's a possibility.

I have a feeling that it could be something bigger, though. What could be so HUGE that it would "ruin everything?" Jay doing something crazy while in an Operated state? Jessica being killed? I feel something along those lines would give Jay a bigger drive to put a stop to all of this, which would be the exact opposite of "ruining everything."

No, this is something different from that. Something bigger. Something that has the scent of...possible...glorious...ANSWERS!!!

EDIT: SOMETHING JUST HIT ME. What if the tape is a recording of Jay KILLING JESSICA while in a "Masky"-state? THIS would be something big, and would probably send Jay spiraling down insanity-ville, which would "ruin everything" in a way. He can't investigate when he's off his bonkers.

I think Tim wants to get down to this. Infact, since we haven't got an entry 75.5 tonight, I think Tim may uploaded this. Evidence may be needed for this so here are some points:

1. The video started with Tim in the car looking concerned. Possibly Tim communicating that he's getting Jay the help he needs.

2. The car ride over has Jay talking about how his life has changed and how he doesn't think he could go back (ie. Suicidal)

3. It shows Tim explaining that Jay can't see it yet. Also shows that Tim wasn't planning to fight him on it. Just a dumb moment like trying to hidr drugs your friend needs to rehab off of.

4. When the video gets distorted at the end, it ends abruptly before the end of the driveway. Suspicious if Tim edited this one, but understandable at this point.

We must remember Jay's mind is fucked right now. Paranoia is a key factor to his sickness right with possibly half of what he's seeing being truth right now. Arguably he's stayed sane longer than Alex as Alex's descent happened in one summer season.

There is no denying Tim is a liar. That being said it doesn't prove that he's intentions are for harm. The question becomes whether Hoody meant harm to Jay and Tim's relation or if we have conflicting opinions of what is best for Jay to know.

The real issue here is what is the location on the note and how long will Alex wait there. And if Tim didn't go after Jay, does he investigate that place with him. Tim does have a motivation now either way. It could lead to a permanent cure.

Come on guys. We can do better than this! Get down to the specifics of what can be on that tape. Think about it realistically. Plus, the notion of its contents, "ruining everything Jay and Tim have been working for," is obviously extremely important.

Personal hypotheses:

1. Tim consciously agreeing with Hoody (possibly unmasked, because it's realistically about f*cking time) about something...expand on this one, guys. Just remember Occam's razor.

2. Tim doing something horrible in his Masky state (why does everyone seem to think it's something Jay has done? Wouldn't it be much more likely for it to have been Tim?). Like...giving Jessica over to TO or Alex in some way (I mean, she was last seen right before Masky attacked Jay in the hotel (which was the last time Tim was ever Masky chronologically)).

3. Tim conspiring with Alex before the start of the series to get rid of everyone for TO...or something to that effect.

You guys remember back near the end of season 1, where Jay was just traveling from hotel to hotel, ready to give up on this before the tape of Amy and Alex arrived. I'm hoping whatever is on this tape, does that to him again.

Anyway, there's something that makes me feel uneasy about this Entry...
I mean, it clearly shows that Tim had been laying, but I find strange the way he acts. He acts very suspicious from the start of the Entry, pretending he doesn't care about the tape, but in his voice and the way he talks, you can feel the anxiety in his voice. Also, his attempts to get rid of Jay and go to the livingroom, the tape being clearly in his pocket and not really fighting Jay to have the tape back makes me believe Tim when he says Jay is not prepared to watch it, not yet. You can feel during the whole Entry Tim's anxiety.

Also I find kind of heartbreaking Jay really wanting to trust Tim. He clearly notices that Tim has something in his pocket at 7:35, but he still asks Tim more than once about the tape before deciding attacking him. It was like he was giving Tim a last chance to tell the truth.

So I'm not around here often, but I was feeling bad for Tim, and wanted to put in my 2 cents.

So, when watching Entry 72, where Jay and Tim have a run in with the Faceless One, I really got the feeling that Tim and Mr O were communicating. Maybe not verbally, but it just had that feeling. IMHO this encounter let Tim remember things about his Masky state that he couldn't remember before.
I really doubt Tim is 'the bad guy'. He kept trying to find Jay when he was lost in the grass during Entry 72, and then got BETWEEN Jay and the Operator (and that would take some balls of steel). After that he took care of Jay while he had the Slender sickness. Nothing about that says he's out to hurt Jay.

Anyway, the wait to the next entry, even if it's only an hour, is gonna seem like a life time
