Just imagined the operator glitching into the room. Nothing but applause and cheering for ten seconds. Love it.

Anyway, Hoody isn't an imagination. He's interacted with Jay, Tim, Masky, Alex, Jessica and The Operator. I sincerely doubt they would go so far as go to all that trouble, for something that doesn't actually exist. And as for the time inbetween entries. I think it's apart of IG as well. When we see Jay (or someone) go to that house, it'll be empty, most likely with a tape to be found of whatever occurred there (as everyone in MH loves to record everything).

I don't see imaginary Hoody happening, that trope only works in certain situations. And I think that Trosephim knows that they couldn't top the emotional extremeness of that episode of Scrubs where Dr. Cox realizes he's been hallucinating the whole time.

This is probably going to be placed in the wrong forum, but honestly? As a female?

I still think Hoody could be Amy.
I mean, do we have any evidence of Hoody being there in Season 1? No. But he/she was there in Season 2.

After Amy ran away from Alex.

The only options we have are Brian, Seth, Sarah, the old lady at the antique shop, or Amy. And quite frankly, the only plausible ones are Brian or Amy. Both have numerous reasons to be pissed at Alex.

Is there any real reason that Seth is less likely than Brian? Personally I'm leaning loser to Brian than anyone else, but I have no logical explanation for why it couldn't be Seth.

As far as I know, there is evidence of Hoody existing in season 1, because someone was filming Jay running back for a battery while he was location scouting with Alex. It's in a TTA video if memory serves, and if Hoody isn't TTA himself then he's definitely at least part of it. The evidence leads me to believe Hoody has been around since the original shooting of Marble Hornets in 2006.

I'll put it this way- there's more IG reason it should be Seth, but more OOG reason it should be Brian.

I say this because if it's Seth, there's more clues and foreshadowing pointing towards it, but making it Seth would not make sense from a writer's standpoint because he has not been featured prominently enough. A lot of people don't even remember who Seth is, but Brian has been mentioned (and not just in an off-hand way like when Seth is mentioned) many times, and when he appears he's usually featured more... memorably than any of Seth's appearances.

Inside this community where every detail is overanalyzed, it's easy to forget there are more casual viewers who, if Hoody were revealed to be Seth, would just say "...Who?" Recall he has only appeared on-camera twice, and both times as an incredibly minor character.

I'm more in the camp that sooner or later, Troseph will give us reasons to suspect everyone who was involved in the filming of Marble Hornets (well, apart from Alex, Jay and Tim, of course)

no,i wont read the entire thread to check if this was mentioned before Wink

i just rewatched 76.
jessica is obviously breathing before she gets "taken"
OBVIOUSLY.
if this shouldnt be concerned by the viewers, they wouldnt have made it that obvious..they could have just told her to hold her breath for about a few seconds and make the scene shorter.she was taken alive is what i am saying.
maybe people who are "gone" arent dead at all.
theyre all having a party at the ark.

Jessica's breathing wasn't obvious. I only noticed it because I was looking for it, but it was barely there.

Well you noticed it because you were looking for it? Wasn't everyone looking for it at that point? Wondering if she was alive or dead? I mean, why wouldn't you be looking for her breathing, it was the ONLY indicator if she was alive or dead.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
I'm saying the movement was slight enough that the actress might've been trying to hold her breath, but as a human she couldn't not breath.

Well see, I'd agree with you if it didn't feel like we were closing in on the end. I mean, if we're not as near the end as we think (and I think whatever goes down in 77 will be a helpful indicator of this), then yes, they could potentially have time to explore the 2006 events in more tapes and give everyone enough significance that they are reasonable candidates.

In the event that future entries make Seth a more prominent character, I would say that would actually make him a better choice than Brian.

But as things stand right now, Brian is the best choice, with Amy maybe as a second.
