Can't ban a user based on subjective opinion, also you do not speak for everyone. I too am curious about the picture but will not push any further due to Zaarg's orders.

 		I also agree with Serum. Despite his brash way of putting it.

That being said. This is not a popularity contest. It is about constantly, consistently destructive behaviour that should be acted on. And it has also been explained to the user how this is not based on his "subjective opinions", more the fact that he constantly sees the need to be destructive and assholeish about them.
