I've seen you come on, but not say anything. We had 15 people in yesterday, so of course we're 24/7.

To be clear, there aren't people guaranteed to be there 24/7 (indeed, certain chunks of time it's almost certain to be empty), but people just come and go as they please throughout the day, sometimes at rather bizarre hours.

24/7 means here that there's no specific time we all meet up, it just sorta spontaneously happens for the most part.

Well yeah that's what I mean. Except in Sha's case, it was probably his connection. That explains why he doesn't appear to be talking when he enters the room.

I think Led means the Hub is open 24/7. It's like McDonald's in my area. Sure it's open at 3:40 in the morning who but gives a damn.
