 Hoody's Intentions

I'm sorry if this is already a topic.

What do you guys think Hoody is trying to do in all this?

In Entry 78, it seems like he is trying to help Jay, but in 79, he attacks him! Maybe this was only because he doesn't want anyone to find out his identity.

What do you guys think?

Well before I say my 2 cents you should try asking around in the hoody hub, great people there and they do know what they're talking about Very Happy . Well for my 2 cents I believe that Tim is working with Hoodie and since Tim and Jay are "semi" working together now Jay and Hoodie are "kinda" working together. Yeah he needed to free Jay because he didn't want Tim to go it alone. But Jay got to close in 79 and Hoodie had to remind him that they're not friends. anywho that is my 2 cents man just letting you know man! Rolling Eyes

That's why, Jay just got too close to him. I think Brian's trying to get everyone through this, or using them to find the Ark, whatever that is, for himself. Also he seems angry at Alex, but as he's shown before, is unwilling to kill him despite expressing a desire to do so.

Freeing Jay isn't necessarily helping him in a friendly way. I'd never have called Hoody friendly at any point. Hoody is manipulative, and for some reason he wants Jay to be at that school along with Tim and Alex. Perhaps something to do with "the ark".

Despite his "puppet-master" status, he's showing signs of weakness. In #79 he really did not want Jay to catch up to him, and was pretty desperately fending him off, possibly for fear of his identity - or just a general need to not waste time fooling around his pawn.

I think until we know what the ark actually is, his full motives will remain hazy. He seems to want Alex dead, but last time he tried that he got a cold call from a guy in a business suit. And now it's to be presumed Alex is being held hostage. It's something to do with him, but the puzzle pieces are just very hard to fit together at this point. And what is it Jay's last chance for exactly? Was turning Jay and Tim against each other part of his scheme?

Despite the uncertainty we are definitely getting closer and closer.

Hoody didn't look very malicious to Jay when he attacked him. Well, ok, we didn't see his face, but you know what I mean. As soon as Jay was on the ground, Hoody dropped the weapon and ran away. His actions looked less like the mysterious onlooker that he used to be, and more like a cornered, scared animal. The thing about cornered, scared animals is this: they bite.

lmao

My 2c is that Hoody needs Jay to do things because Jay doesn't have the sickness, and won't go masky. Also if we know Tim has a masky state, and Alex probably had one (the killing of bruce), it's not unlikely that Hoody has one too (which is backed up by his desire to find pills)

He used to team up with Masky, but I think that went south once he saw Tim trying to manipulate Jay by giving him specific tapes and keeping info from him, backed up by constant accusations of Tim being a liar. He wanted Jay to find out the truth, Tim wanted to keep it from Jay.

At this point I feel like Hoody doesn't trust Alex or Tim, only Jay. He doesn't want his identity to be revealed to the public, which is why he attempts to attack Jay. Either that or he finally was about to go into a masky state, and as we all know maskys like to be left alone.

That is plausable I won't deny it Henry but that is the love of marble hornets, we don't know. Theory is a theory and that is what makes marble hornets beautiful. I will give you the "Tim is a liar" bit but who knows the full extent or even who/what he is lying to and about. I don't get butt hurt so it didn't offend me when you Henry'd this topic, just for future refrences Rolling Eyes Wink [/img]
