That's fantastic, minoralignment! One thing though: you might be able to safely strike kingoftrios.com off the list. When the domain came up, it was purchased for non-wrestling purposes and when asked, the owner knew nothing about CHIKARA.

I'd say that it almost definitely is in-story. The design is very much in the style of the other websites built for this. The owner would stay in character if asked about Chikara for sure.

Storyline wise its showing that the domain is out of use - IE Chikara is shut down.

I've ever bounced around a little on the site itself. Have you noticed you can;t really accomplish much? Other than leaving a message, which I got no response to, the website itself seems to be without use which just SCREAMS in game to me, much like the karist chai site.

Godaddy is really good at providing whois information. Karist Chai is directly registered to CHIKARA and to Mike Quackenbush himself, and has been since 2007. Kingoftrios.com, on the other hand, is registered to a Donald Hamilton out in Reno, Nevada, and has been since 2009. Other than the utter oddity of it linking to a legit-looking remodeling company based in San Francisco (and the whois for that one backs it up), I'd label it an abandoned site and not in play.

Bit of a strange thing, though: Godaddy's claiming expiration for it yesterday, while a separate whois I did via another site says next year.

This was mentioned on another forum (not 101) but all of these newer sites that ARE in game seem to be registered to parties other than Chikara as well. Kingoftrios.com aside, maybe that's something else to keep track of?

What I wonder is why Karistchai.com and ISRPPA.info are under his name, when the others aren't. Chikarapro.com isn't. That just seems odd. He is obsessed with chai, especially the one from Borders. (I miss Borders. Such a great book store...) Anyway, he kept mentioning it this week on The Trending Show. I can't remember they called that tea, but maybe it's a clue.

GoDaddy shows that he renewed it last Dec. Mysterium Populus was over already. Why would he need it until 2014? Maybe there are other codes that we have missed?

The best part of this, in my opinion, is the creation date of 2007. He created the website 4 years before he planned to use it...

Domain Name: KARISTCHAI.COM
Registrar URL: http://www.godaddy.com
Updated Date: 2012-12-21 18:58:07
Creation Date: 2007-12-27 20:13:23
Registrar Expiration Date: 2014-12-27 20:13:23

Registrant Name: Michael Spillane
Registrant Organization: CHIKARA, Inc.

Here's the bad thing - 4 years is a long time to set this all into motion. There's so much out there in Chikara's history to go through...

Are we able to change the title of the original post? I'd imagine something akin to [TRAILHEAD] Chikara Wrestling - might be better serving for what this is as @PrivateEyeJr is just a single part of the larger ARG and likely to be missed by a lot of people. Or at least to change the undertext for the post from "IGNORE etc" to something saying Chikara ARG..

There's more than just the MysteriumP stuff squirreled away on there. There was a list of at least six different codes floating around, damned if I can remember just where...

I actually found the chai he was talking about. It's made by a company called Key Essentials and it's called Mystic Chai - http://www.mysticchai.com/ Maybe I should let him know. (Although knowing him, he probably already does.) It sounds good, but has milk, so I can't have it.

That site is actually correct when it comes to the ingredients and making chai tea, except for the Karistam spice. That herb doesn't exist and I consider myself extremely knowledgeable on the subject of herbs. It's not even a real Hindi word. The closest is Karistani, which means cleverness.

Official Twitter Accounts confirmed to be in-story:

Condor Security (Inactive): @OfficialCondor
Icarus (Wrestler): @IcarusWRW

@WinkVavasseur (former CHIKARA Director of Fun and son of the aforementioned Conrad) is in play and has been since September 27th.

One of the most central figures to this tale, Wink resurfaced on that date, a few days after everyone began email bombing his dad. He'd been in seclusion since June 2nd, and was in a bad way emotionally. I'm talking full-on depression. Actually asked everyone not to dump on him when he started talking, simply because I felt so awful for him. I've been in that dark place before.

He's been dropping hints on just how far this goes, but nothing direct. We might be hearing more than that, since as of last night/today he's out of his funk.

Added to the list. Until we can get the OP updated to work as a trailhead I've put together an attempt of an up to date document/trailhead here: Chikara ARG

Just going to put this here:

Wrestling Is Cool ‏@wrestiscool 3h
Attention: We regret to inform our fans that venue issues that cannot be reconciled in short order mean our Oct 27 event is canceled.

UltraMantis Black Ⓥ ‏Ant 27 Sep
Back from exile, catching up on life in these United States. Much to address. Pro Wrestling isn't Cool Anymore -- So What?

Now Wrestling is Cool isn't necessarily shut down yet, but I bet they can't find a new venue and will have to.

Condor is stepping their game up. It's escalated from phone calls to actual house visits for those in the Philadelphia area who posted their addresses on that fake petition.

Glad this made it over here. At least 3 confirmed reports of Condor Security walking right up to people's doors, knocking, and leaving their calling cards yesterday in the greater Philly area.

The newest "Ashes" video came out yesterday, as reports of fans getting handwritten postcards from Condor Security in the mail began to surface:

Not long after that video was released to the masses, Wink Vavasseur made like a canary over on Twitter...

...and it's mind blowing.

New Twitter in play: @HeyKidCyclone. He showed up at today's rally (dude in the red mask). Footage of what went down today is below. Quick summary: we got a match and someone named Tom/Thom (heavily speculated to be 101 user "themightythom") was abducted midway through.
