Project Teams What to expect

Bagsbee, Collin and I had a very interesting conversation tonight/early morning, about how teams work together and divisions of labor.
The conclusion we reached was: Each team will be different for each game depending on the members skills and needs of the game.

Example: Lockjaw: The PM Team had to learn how to do many things, web design dbase set up etc. they all needed to learn the technical stuff so they all shared those duties. The all did Writing/tech/puzzles.

Example: Mini ARG goup: We have some tech people with strong tech skillsskills and some writers with strong writing skills, and many from both sides of the technolgy line have tossed in good puzzle ideas. We have broken the work into a couple of differnt areas, Tech/Story/ Puzzles
while there is some overlap between the groups, there is a definite bias for tasks that has come out naturally in our discussion of what we wanted to do and what we had the experience to do.

The teams function in different ways. There is no one standard method in setting up a team that will work with every group. Some groups will share all the duties equally while others develop a division of labor.
