Ideltech Information received another large bid for TOBI. The bid came from the same company
which submitted the $105 million dollar bid the 1st of March. This bid was for $190 million dollars
cash, and approximately $44 million in overseas stocks. The bid was turned down again, and Ideltech
Information is seeking representation to put more legal safeguards on the rights of TOBI.

When they post the name of the person or firm they retain for legal representation, we should search for that person's or that firm's website.
