Swell decoding!! Believe Jamais vu may refer to this psychological disorder. Am unable to record in'tnl calls atm but sent in BHUTTO thinking it might be overlooked.

Hmmm - only 6 numbers in that authorization and every other one has been 8 including the one I received for AFOOT - 46323282
I also tried BAKING but that had already been authorized - MrToasty???
The message on the recording has also changed to add the different social media contact methods.

Sorry, been in and out all day again today. I decided after the last message that we should probably be trying these words, and since BAKING was a surer bet for being correctly spelled than AFOOT or BHUTTO I decided to try that first.

I also sent in
PROMOTION
COYNESS
from a previous message just in case that was meant to be sent in as well.
So, what do these 6-digit codes do? They don't seem to work on the message system as the primary or secondary code.

New email image
A quick look showed no letters but I probably just need to look harder.
Looking closer there are 4 numbers on the wings - 2 on each side. I adjusted the contrast in the 2nd image below to make it clearer.

I think there may even be 4 on each wing.
Also, received a reply

for COYNESS:

ETA: I'm seeing maybe 4 on the left, but can only really pick out 3 on the right, so it may be another 6-digit. The zero I see on the left is suspect.

Unresolved Messages Here are some of the messages that we still haven't figured out. I'm putting them all in one place to see if it helps stir some thoughts. First the '9999' codes:
Code:
2001 - 9999m86sswz/ 29guz13/ exrbepetdvuz0yquypnxodkowjcdwentlueipeeiwhu/ ctedzhxvidtlqzarkb/ coyayhfdwuaeq0eryzmfbsf1ahaujqqsorerfotrszlldrezsnekutytdaese/ t7hycgfvyr61icvhdbinkgm/ o0csljlbkrvkunydlwhoeng/ e86yavx0000
2010 - 9999u1tjeg/ 01kdb13/ gbed0jtjvxgghawwazspygf/ xuywxzymvhuyhpruy/ o61zdqnzrzxlymfepuf4rtmuynpwxvz/ u7vstnlnppqfnfxtl/ h1oxpl0000

6000 - 9999b1wvnh/ 08syn13/ xojnmllaxmrg0oiungwqtlyzqyiyv/ bpxmrflvvqtvrfmfqhnjnpa/ h91 stksgpdhhzpyjnbk8wfbntkzdlsy/ g1 tork0000

I put in spaces after the '/' to make them easier to follow. Current thoughts are that the 2nd section in each is a date but using those 3 letters of the month in each code for a substitution cipher has not provided anything intelligent yet.
The following two strings were from the Aztec barcodes in the latest news video:
Code:
bxdngewubhvnxwumciogtarjsjmxteknypudjlgrjdhvgbpvanvbnnagnchhkvyfplknqmlvnfidjbfwpiijdzgguwrjjtmwpddpajtmeiuijtcnfwecriiofcynerirvzeypkqgqvqspaucplgycuelxhoibawmzecfwctuyszxemmwnywzqnyvvjhjtfgjwegyvync
alextcobgecmwobtuxkegrtttegmzhunjnoduxbpsixnhsmpxpejdhpwwdjcuigqoomotyahmicnmpjibircxfdporzcyzsdfmbosrjbrsgioouspczrsqfgpwtgcfqqyrqdlcznthflpofzbpwvecafpayzvvyyhqsxvoknoeyjgbporhseeshixfdbdjbhiujsbuko
The distribution of the letters in these two is across the entire alphabet so would indicate it is probably not just a straight substitution cipher as we have seen with some of the others. Vigenère ciphers are an example of one cipher that hides the letters like this but it would require a passphrase. I tried some obvious guesses and the phrases are too short for reliable cracking but maybe someone else has other ideas.

I found what I would say was the source image for the butterfly. Took a bit of finagling to get it into almost the right orientation and color quality, but I was able to get close enough to help distinguish the 8 numbers.

Nice! I was too busy looking at audio files to hunt for the image today.

Audio Puzzle Won I pulled the latest message into Audacity to make a spectrogram and noticed that right at the end was something. Zooming in a little gave me the image below.
That code is used to access a new menu that allows entry of 6 digit codes.
Entering the 6 digit authorization codes we have already gave morse code messages as follows:

930526 - ct/ 9kg magnesium sulfate / 29.99 / ar
207337 - ct/ 4x 9kg canister refill / medical-grade oxygen / 14.99 / ar

Very nice catch! I was spending my time looking at a few things in the middle that sounded like they could have been a voice.
ETA - message says that refill orders were completed this month on the 10th.

New Facebook Image This photo, along with the 4 other emailed photos, was posted to Facebook a few hours ago. There is some form of dots on the photo but I'm not sure what type of code is there. There are some artifacts from it being posted to Facebook but I don't think those dots are accidental. The 2nd photo appears to be the image that was used to place the code in for someone to do a comparison of the two since I need to leave at the moment.
